How to find rank region wise?

Hi, whether Region-wise or Performance-wise, you need numbers for ranking. So keep some performance/achievement numbers associated with the Region. Then use RANK to use smallest to largest (ascending), if you want smallest number in the list of values, as Rank 1. Else use RANK largest to smallest (descending).

Hi, formula locking is done using $ sign in range or cells. If you want formula lock meaning protection then that depends upon sheet protection.

When we copy formula, cell addresses should normally be locked. In a new column along the table however, we can avoid locking. But ranges should always be locked while copying. (Apologies for delayed reply).
