Wow!! I have to put this out, NOT ALL Clayton lots are created equal!! I visited a Clayton in Chester VA a year ago, right after the video of the "Cowboy" model That manager REFUSED to listen to me or watch the cowboy video, and he insisted that there's no such thing as a double wide for less than $230k He would not even touch my phone when I tried to show any videos from this channel, saying no double-wides exist for $120k and under! What you will find in 1 Clayton location, other locations will deny any price range exists, so don't be bullied, walk away as I did. If you have to drive to another city or county, to find a dealer that will not try to upsell you, do it.
I have a pet peeve about kitchen cabinets I have to have drawers over doors. Having only four drawers just does not cut it for me. Especially the location of them.
