cant sleep bcus of you. Seriously i awaken a love about film soon, but since last video w peter i cant wait to have a moment kit. that anamorphic lenses are so cool . its a true image .im an industrial designer and i believe a sketch w mistakes and dirty strokes its most of the time more valuable than a super realistic illustration... thats what those anamorphic lenses mean to me ( w/out being sketchy, which is even more awesome). is not a joke u guys make something incredible about film world!

Anamorphic photography is amazing! PLEASE include an automatic desqueeze feature in the Moment App. Like Filmic Pro does it for the Moondog Lens.

Which app do you guys recommend to shoot with on iPhone? The standard filming app or do you use an app that gives you a little more control?
Is the ND filter mount for anamorphic different from the mount for the other lenses? Am I going to buy another filter mount for the anamorphic?
So I just purchased a Moment 100g counter weight for my iPhone 7+ and I'm hoping that you've taken into consideration the anamorphic lens weight to work along side the counter weight, or do I have to purchase a different counter weight to work with it?? serious question.
What position should the screw head be for the anamorphic for the new 11pro? Original or twisted one over?
For cinematic with the wide angle lens, would you recommend 1080 at 240 and slow it down, or 4K at 24 FPS?

Hey guys, I just have a question I’m planning to buy lens (wide, tele, and the iPhone X battery case) and I’m also planning to buy the anamorphic lens when it comes out and my question is; the battery case that you you guys are selling right now on the website will the anamorphic lens will fit in the battery case or will it be a new battery case just for the anamorphic lens?
Have you tested it on the Osmo Mobile 2? What counter weight would we need is it the same as the Osmo 1?

I am wondering what it looks like when you are using the anamorphic lens in combination with a gimbal to shoot a hyperlapse or motionlapse. Is this something you guys have tried? I am really interested in how the footage will look.
A consultation before buying that wonderful anamorphic lens. Do you use some type of Adobe to edit with retouching and video filters with the lens at the end of all the film that was made with the iPhone and the anamorphic lens?

Will these lenses work over different generations of phone's? As someone who buys a new phone every year I want to grab these but don't want to invest it say you don't support the Pixel 3 XL when it comes out? Using a pixel 2 XL ATM.
Cool video... I was just going to say that there's an app called 'desqueeze'..... Then you mentioned it. I have used it with the moondog, works well.
The flares at the end is where it comes into its own, they look great, you did well on your flare hunting expedition.
Is this better than moondog labs lens or its same thing with different price?

As always, super cool video. Nice to see you hooking up with others like Sarah. I wonder if it would be possible to use the anamorphic lens to shoot video in 16/9 aspect ratio using the full size of the sensor, like you did with the picture. Obviously more pixels if less cinematic, yet 16/9 isn't bad at all. I don't think the iPhone lets you use the full sensor to shoot video. That would be nice with the anamorphic lens, though. What do you think?

Thanks for the great video. You recommend "locking" the shutter speed to 1/48 and using an ND filter in bright conditions - does that mean that you are shooting with an ND filter for most outdoor day shots?
Brandon Souba I guess you have to. Even a overcasted sky often has too much light. But one has to check before shooting a scene. See what happens if you stick to 1/48. If the image is overexposed use a ND filter until it looks right and movement is smooth. You will recognise the difference immidiately.
InProgress my question then, what is the mount for the filer here with the anamorphic lens, the moondog lab one ? And which ND filter are they using ?
Moment please make a mobile editing app. With all the great work you guys are doing, the one thing missing in the mobile film making world is a good editor for android. I believe you guys will be the one to do it #revolutionize

For iOS, we have LumaFusion. You can check it out. And if you like it, maybe ask them about it. Because it is really capable (not Premiere Pro level, but...) and suits most of the mobile needs. If they see a potential user base, they may release a version for Android.
do you guys film in log format on filmic pro?
Has this setup been tested out with heavier phones like Note 8?
All these small gimbals are at 80-90% weight limit even without the phone case.
Hi - thanks - great vlog as usual - I asked Filmic Pro about getting 50fps so as I could shoot 25fps (PAL region UK avoids flickering lights) they said it won't add it to my Pixel 2 as its not native - bummer because 30fps is useless here.
