Extraordinarily cursed run. Not only the 9 treasure, not only the no increases outside of amps, not only ditching god items for the funny, but you missed two chests.
reaper is the fundamentals, big damage and good skills, no gameplay changing mechanics, just more damage

i just did a reaper run a few hours ago where i used werewolf as dps while waiting for reapers ability cooldowns, it was actually very fun if you wanna try it
The mods mess with your item pages bc theres an option to add inventory pages but bc theres only one page in the game every extra item after the first 9 doesn't get displayed until you destroy one of the items before it.
I once got Reaper first chamber first act, it was actually fun doing the whole run swapping between him and the secondary skull to get souls
Ended up getting almost 100 souls in act one and coming in to Dark Skul with 500 and some souls, obliterated him and Alexander way too easily
It's unrealistic but the perfect build for treasure would be:
Clone Treasure + Treasure
Ring
Greed x 2
Wand
Glow Stone
Whip
Mask
Prince box Treasure + Artifact
Totens: Treasure + (Revenge or mana cicle or Antique), chose what you no discard before little evil skul. At end change the stone, mask or the whip for the golden special item
Edit: maybe prince with Wisdom and totem with Wisdom for extra amp
Also, in a totaly not rigged, not mod used at all, 100% legit with 2 mages skulls (coff coff, reaper and lich, coff coff), just for fun, you can do this build :D

talking about stupid runs: What I like to do sometimes is getting an inscription maxed out right at the beginning. Preferrably one that gets very strong with the witch buff. Then alter the chapter you're in with the mod and go behind the dad fight. Get your witch upgrade and then go back to chapter 1 and start your run incredibly buffed.
Take Warlock with meteor for instance, get Artifact maxed out and destroy chapter 1 with meteors.
Chapter one is so rude in DM 10 it deserves it...
Clone stamp and prince's box could both have been major improvements to this run as well. Just in the interest of rubbing it in.
Reaper/Kaboomer was the only way I was able to no-hit dark dad and dark skul. Insane dmg and i-frames.
Also a reminder that a Nightmare the Lunatic series would be epic. The game seems like it was made with Beelz in mind. I really can't say enough good things about that game.

Wow...there's a lot of treasure inscription items in this game. Also, I just realized the treasure inscription upgrade is an amp...and you got rid of all your damage items for it. Even with the damage boost from the Ring and Pot of Greed, you overall damage will be really low. This run probably isn't going to end well.
Well, that went better than expected after getting the inscription upgrade. Your damage wasn't as abyssmal as I expected.

Probably too late, but if you press F7 I think it's the gear menu that lets you use more than 1 page. For some reason mine was set to 2 pages. Set it back to 1, and use the save config button to make sure it's the default on game load. That should fix things!

I have the same item page bug. Restarting the game normally works. If not, you can start the game via steam without mods and fininsh it there.

On the ps4 ver, I died on my very first Archlich run, Had to pause the game and the game unpaused after 2? mins maybe 4-5 and one of those glowball priests had time to wittle me to death. So mad when I got back
Hey Beelz, if you open the trap chest in invulnerable state, the trap won't damage you even if the animation for the skill ended (I.e reaper skill, Genie lamp)
Dude act 1 is usually never kind and was intense but absolutely amazing damage at the end whale approved 🐋 👍

ADVICE! this game slipped on me and i play it now since it dropped on ps plus. i watch your previous videos but i dont know how much of this is outdated. also you use mods where in ps5 we cannot use mods. so in my opionion fresh start guides? skull builds? weapons? a video like this i think it would be appriciated :D

I use mods to help with that. Before Skul had mod support I had to reset Act 1 runs over and over, sometiems for hours until I got a skull I could use for a vid. I don't really use mods to affect the runs themselves, mostly just to spawn in skulls/items to showcase.

Beelz shenanigans will forever be the funny stuff that it is, but i would rather have gotten rid of the basic staff and keep mana bone, since you spam small bombs with bomber, and fires of so many abilities. But that is just my hot take haha.

I JUST beat my first “hard mode” run by getting Reaper early, kept skul and got none of mana and fire necklace, PLUS I got the item “every skill you use reduces the cd of other skills” I also had a load of other items. But the reduced cooldown made it so I could HOLD rt and lt to use both of my skills INSTANTLY, I had constant Earthquakes from cudgel, fire mage necklace and mana bone, RIDICULOUS DPS, I didn’t even end up needing reaper. My stats at the end magic=620 physical=320 AND I DIDNT EVEN FIND THE SLIME TO DUPE AN ITEM
Stinks that playing on console atm i can't follow these videos cause the game versions are currently different. Sounds like it was a several month lag last update between PC and console?

All of the Sun/Moon items transform with each other. I think there's about 6 total? Might be forgetting 1 or 2.

How do you get these skuls in act 1 ? Im relatively new to the game, completed it a couple of times but ive never gotten unique or legendary in act 1. Usually in act 3 so i dont really get to enjoy them
I use mods to get them early. Before this I used to spam act 1 over and over until something dropped I could make a vid about.

Yeah weird, when you bought Lunar Ring you already had 9 items and wasn't showing you had it until you sold the medal. So it seemed to have gone into like a "hidden" 10th slot since you still seemed to gain its benefits.
Speaking of Lunar Ring/Sun Sword, when was somebody going to tell me that the ring/sword could combine with themselves!? I had no idea that two rings or two swords could combine until a couple weeks ago when Slime gave me a copy, not only did it take me a minute to notice the effect but it took me even longer to figure why it was happening. Now I want to try the Omen version.

14:25 what if you took both soulstrike and predicted pain? while soulstrike amp the first hit, predicted pain amplifies the followup hit until soulstrike cooldown ends and did another chunk of damage
The only hard part about itis that both require 3 upgrades to max out. You'd want to make sure whatever else you use doesn't cost much to invest in or you won't have many dark hearts left.

Act 1 is the most annoying part of the game in my opinion... not because its the hardest but because you dont have a real build yet so it feels pretty sluggish... well unless you get something like prisoner straight out the gate then your fine
