The jump in difficulty of the game from normal to DM0 is incredible, I've been trying it for 3 weeks and I can't get past it. The RNG is frustrating and my skills are worse than when I beat NES Megamans when I was 8 years old. Great content!

I only got to DM2 thanks to luck, these guides, and King Arthur summoning the fairy king out of some sick form of spite. At this point, I just have to learn how to actually fight Dark Dad and I should be fine, but that old man apparently really loves stabbing children.

After watching a lot of your videos I got into skul. Got stuck on dm 4 for the last month since rng hates me but can't believe the feeling when I finally beat it with slave and berserker. Rng blessed me and i hadn't died the entire run up to the King. Did die cuz no clue what half his moves where but slime blessed me with a second cudgel so 40% Amp and dmg reduction carried me to my first ever completion. Never would have found this gem of a game without you. ❤

I’ve been nonstop watching you play skul and just learning I tried watching other YT it’s not the same just the random talks you have while you play the game makes it so much more entertaining keep it up man. Hey beelz I have made it to dark world level 10 thanks to watching your videos. One thing I’ll say is that bomber is an absolute life saver. He’s so easy to spam if you get his explosion skill out the gate. I beat world 8 with reaper swap spam, and level 9 with ice knight swap spam sitting like a turtle. How should I finish off beating level 10?

I've tried to use Ent many many times and just never can get into him. It just doesn't seem very good planting grass on the ground and relying on a buff from that and then you can only stay in that one little area. I know he gets better with legendary but I never actually make it that far with him lol. I would rather just blow up the screen instantly with Rockstar, Reaper, Water Skul, Thief or Alchemist

Removes all the debuff stacks that enemies in Act 4 leave on you. each stack makes you take 1% more damage.

Sometimes I want to know how much successfull runs Beels has (I mean behind the video) . Because sometimes I realy upset how much I suck at the game :P
I've got 1200 hours in the game. I still lose runs, but not as often as I used to. Just takes time and practice to the point you can switch your brain almost all the way off. If you switch it off you get a run like this one lol.

If you could get everything you conceivably need, tree boy is the most powerful skull. It's just not realistic to get everything.
this game is impossibly difficult for me. i'm on DM 2 and can't beat the "paladin" adventurer (big mace and yellow shield dude) by HIMSELF without losing a life, even though i have the King, over 700% physical attack, revenge, courage, and the cudgel. my essence sucks since its magic based, but the difficulty scaling is way off if this set up can't just absolutely mash anything i see.
You can't really mash your way through most of Skul. Basic enemies are where it starts and ends. Larger enemies, or ones with super armour on their attacks require you to dodge. Same with bosses. But most adventurers (ignoring Ninja) have pretty big windows where you can get a lot of solid damage in.

You can actually roll in the shop, see all the items u get and close app if you dont like what you get and launch again and keep your gold and dark quartz, the same items will always appear for that shop room.
dude, he's already using a mod, he could get any item he want, but excessive manipulation make things boring, that's why he usually let things flow as it does, it's also showing that you can actually achieve this without too much manipulation on your run and if you already know that you can do the close app thing, you can do that to maximize your own run
