Elite Session in the Club!
This is Mr. Bill's second Elite session with Pyramind and this time we had the good fortune of working with the team from SoundXperiments to do it live in the Club at The Midway SF. The line up included Ben Encanti of Zebbler Encanti Experience so we got two great presentations to share with you that we've broken up into two blog posts. This video post features Mr. Bill where you'll learn all about the sound design technique he refers to as making mud pies!

what they call a mudpie is better than anything i could create in my wildest dreams. my mudpies sound like exactly that: mud. xD
If you have Bitwig or Live you can create Long, high quality Samples like that pretty easily by warping growls and other loops.
@@nebroskitheraut6705 Can you explain how in Bitwig or refer to a good tutorial please?
Marc from awesome up is probably your biggest fan. He is a teacher and often relays what he learns from you, while giving you all the credit. He is awe inspired by your work.
just the mud pie alone sound like idm
it's better without the generic edm beat

Oh wow, Impeccable was started that long ago?
ok but how do i even make mudpies like that??
Full video?
Thank you for this!
Producer Dojo has been trying to act like this is Ill Gates' technique, and I know that you've been doing it longer.
Granted, he is amazing in his own regard, and don't even get me started on Mr. Bill Gates. However, I've never heard this technique used before 2013, and would like people to know about your innovation
Both Dillon and Bill actually used it before even talking to each other about it. Mr. Bill used to call them “Sound design files” then called them “idea jams” Then when him and Dillon actually started showing each other stuff and being more musically acquainted when Bill showed Dillon his process for sound design and told him what he named him Dillon was like oh I called those “mud pies” and Bill thought that name was an excellent name for it so it just stuck with them both after that. Regarding the actual technique Dillon and Bill both were doing this before they knew each other was doing this.
But if you’re Diggin producer dojo I highly suggest checking out bills website and Patreon I do both Because I feel they are both amazing teachers for different aspects I’m trying to learn
Also if you would like me to drop the reference of the video I watched to give me that information I’ll link it right now.
