I think the pros of this tablet would be: portability, price tag and also, I think a beginner would be forced to draw big bc of the size of the screen (I always draw small)

at 0:30 you say that "the website says that it is 11.6 inches, but the actual work area is only 10 inches across by 5.5 inches tall". The thing is, the 11.6 inch is the measurement of the diagonal of the tablet, so if you use pythagoras to calculate it, (sqrt(10²+5.5²)), you get 11.4 inches. That's the actual work area

Really cool of you to do this! Tbh, I'm not sure if I believe in monitor tablets. The last and only time I tried one was in 2016 and I got really really frustrated that my hand was blocking the view. Is that a common thing, and does it disappear?
you stop noticing after a while! it's like switching from traditional to digital or vice versa; it takes a little while to adjust to the new tools and their quirks
I don't think you're "selling out" at all. I like you sprinkling in these videos it really helps! I would totally love to win this tablet, because I only am able to do digital art on my phone or occasionally on my sisters wacom. But i wont get my hopes up too much.

I remember buying this tablet like a few months back and it is absolutely the worst. Parallax is horrible, the display is shit and the way the wires are a mess to deal with. Yes it is good for a 1st monitor tablet that is relatively cheap, but that's really all it is, cheap. I highly recommend xpen if you're looking into affordable tablets.
thanks for your feedback!! honestly that wasnt my experience at all, the parallax wasnt bad at all (i tried to show it about halfway through the vid) and the wires to monitor tablets are always pretty convoluted but yeah its certainly a beginner tablet considering the size, i just personally think the actual display is fine

The email looks fairly sketchy, so i was wondering if you still had your Gaomon email so I could compare it to mine.
It's probably legitimate! I haven't been contacted by a scam company yet. I'd say to go for it, it's a great opportunity. A lot of people pass up great chances like this because the email may have typos or look sketchy, but in my experience it's always been good. some companies have several different branches or will have several different emails, but the ones ive gotten are from (name)@gaomonglobal.com or (name)@gaomon.net
absolutely, using a mouse to draw (with the exception of pixel art) can lead to more drawing injuries than using a tablet, so its good to have the right tools
I like subscribe and shared you on Facebook. I have a 12 year old daughter who has been doing a lot of editing videos that she sees of a band called why don't we. She's gotten really good at it but the thing is we had to return her laptop to the school.she would love to win this tablet for the simple fact that she'd be able to do the editing that she says to me for the past seven months she would like to do for a living. She even started her own UA-cam channel, retrofeels and she really would like to get more subscribers to watch her her edits but the thing is she needs to win this that would be so awesome I don't have the money to buy one right now

I think it's a good tablet to start with! And yes, she needs a computer; the tablet just acts like a second screen.

Honestly, probably any tablet is better than drawing with a mouse (it hurts the wrist so much and is not natural to draw with)
