My friend has writer's cramp, which severely affected his CUET exam. He has been struggling with this condition for the past 2 years, leading to his second drop.
The doctor initially said he wouldn't need a scribe and that he would recover by mid-April, but unfortunately, his hand didn't heal. As a result, when NTA conducted the exam in offline mode and the correction window closed, he couldn't obtain the disability certificate.
He is now seeking PWD reservation in DU and needs guidance on the following:
1. What is the format of the disability certificate?
2. Where can he get this certificate?
3. What is the overall process?
He is feeling helpless and urgently needs assistance. Please guide him, Sir. 🙏
