Your English pronunciation of "nuthatch" is just fine, Max. We have them in the US. I bought a commercial bird feeder for my daughter's yard. It has multiple small holes so the birds can only access a few seeds at a time. That keeps spillage to a minimum, but enough for ground feeders like mourning doves and juncos. My daughter is fortunate to have a patch of woods just beyond her yard. Multiple species of birds flit to the feeder, grab a few seeds, and then fly off to the trees where they eat the seeds and wait before returning to the feeder. I can photograph the birds in the trees from the second floor window, especially in winter. I'll probably set up a branch or two as a more open photography perch for spring and summer viewing.
That's looking really good! I fill my Woodpecker holes with some crushed suet ball, I find that you can really squish it into the holes and it takes a while for the birds to eat it giving me more time to photograph them. I'm looking forward to your results 🙂

Sicher bekommt man da gute Tips oder kann sogar an Exkursionen teilnehmen und man tut was für die Natur.

Bei meiner Futterstelle habe ich momentan einen mit Moos bewachsenen Ast, der auch gut angenommen wird. Muss nur mal schönes Licht erwischen…
