When something is described as "nice" it suggests that you are struggling to find an adjective which doesn’t suggest bland or mediocre. Not surprising, VW are on a penny pinching exercise to recoupe losses after lying to us over emissions. Cost cutting shows with poor quality interiors. Skoda are the new Audi with VW coming a distant fourth in group.
I’m a carpenter saw one yesterday I like it , it looks very good maybe a bit small and very expensive, I can’t afford one anyway I’m just a poor carpenter in England.
I had an id3 for over a year and to be honest the voice control was excellent, I could change temperature, change navigation, volume, tracks, stations and other commands far easier than taking my eyes off the road and fiddling with a button.
@@grahamevans3635 WHAT would you do if voice control breaks !!!!! Would manufacturers be better putting switches in and not relying on gimmicks to sell vehicles.
They will, as announced by CEO...but changing this is in the production line, with all the supplier agreements is not that easy...AND you need to do crash tests again for all cars, since the steering wheel is a security part...AND you need to reprogramm anything, since a touchpad with buttons has a single wire...and buttons are wired each...more expensive, too.
It'seuropean, made in vw factory. And its a brand from vw group. No more European or American, ever. But you're rigth about the junk. Only Japanese know how to make quality products.
200 mile range that goes down substantially in cold weather. Wind and uphill is not pretty good thats terrible. Especially for cargo vans that are supposed to run around all day.
Cargo Vans have usually low km per day (Craftsman driving to customer and working all day), since they are moved only in town. AND...if you drive in town the range is much better...the opposite like ICEs.
BMW cars are pretty good, though their recent designs are... Iffy to say the best. Their build quality and interiors are really good though. I'd say exactly the same for Mercedes. Audi are great all round in my opinion, looks and quality.
Just don't buy any VW Group cars, including Audi, Seat, Skoda, VW, etc. This is especially true of the EV cars (electronic gremlins), auto transmission, dieselgate, EGR issues, drive belts, drive chains, etc etc etc.
Thanks for putting the bike in the back. I really wanted the MPV version to go mountain biking to replace my berlingo mpv but I was so upset to see that the rear seats couldn't be folded or removed. I choose the MPV over a van because keeping 4 seats and bike lugging is a winner for me, along with better insurance, motorway speeds etc. The other thing that really strikes me 7:33 is the proportion of cargo space to cabin/front end I thought it would be much better on an ev but this looks close to 50:50!
Absolutely f****** sick of hearing about this will be way overpriced and not personally was excited to have totally lost interest with rather keep an original that's worth the same money and will be worth more in the future
43k for 250 mile range is garbage I don't know why any right minded tradesman would get something like this other than if they ONLY ever did short journeys Oh and the value will tank after a year...like all EVs do Get a 10k Transit and be better off all round plus you keep another vehicle on the road
I have a mate with one who’s a sparky. Surely being able to work 100 miles away without rapid charging is beyond ‘local only’ kinda work?! Works well for him.
Lol, how many tradesmen do 250 miles a day ? So travelling to your job 125 miles 🤔 . If you were talking about deliveries you might have a point, but you are talking about tradesmen that are often driving around their own town or city.
I’ve seen a lot of these around but I guess the design makes them more distinctive then other electric vans. Nice to have a celeb review to give What Car some clicks - best bet is to search for some “living with” reviews to get a better understanding of what 250+ range means in the real world.
Not really. Teslas sell like hot cakes. People run them for years. Myself, I have an electric mini on lease. Aside from the range, I have zero problems with it as well, but having run a diesel and now an electric car, the upkeep costs are literally halved with the electric car. I'm returning the mini and probably getting either a Tesla or the MG cyberster if I like it when I test drive it. I won't have any range issues with either of those cars. Electric cars are straight up better for upkeep costs and ride comfort since they're so quiet and easy to drive.
This is just simply a VW ad.

Are u serious 🧐 in turkey everyone gonna buymit this one now
Shame that VW refuse to listen to requests for knows and switches... Despite this requests being every year for the last 4 years.

Awful review of an awful product
Charlie you don't "balance out" your carbon output going moter bike racing in a brand new electric van. The world has gone lar lar 😮
Fluff piece.
I’m definitely interested in this, going to put my order in

The iD Buzz occasionally pops up on great leasing deals. Especially useful when trying to avoid the initial big drop in residual value.

@@josefv-y8m Newsflash they drive on the highway too and yes they do run around all day and the range goes down which cargo.
It's only good for craftsmen or courier services within the city, not for longhaul driving
Will be lucky to get 100 miles in the winter and with a full load.
@@josefv-y8m Not really. Just see how many white vans run up and down the motorways every day of the week.
I owne a buzz cargo… it”s way better than it looks :)
Interesting
miles? okay, next video
What's the buzz with vw cars and the quality of the products? I'm having multiple problems with my Seat. I'm done with european cars.
You bought a VW Group junk, not a European product.

It is expensive but it have instead a short rangę 150-170 miles and low capacity.
Perfect car 😂😂😂

Why did you click on the video and comment then? That just makes more videos about the buzz appear on your recommend.
good review, much better than your previouse reviews, you still need to live with the vehicles you are testing for more time, love you Charlie
Its a bench seat since its meant for boss + 2 lads. Thats also why no left arm rest
Perfect city delivery van, but just too expensive
I really like the idea buzz ,but less switches please and more physical buttons, oh and a diesel option wouldn't go a miss 🤟
What diesel? It is only electric
VW can we have a kombi van version with two rows of seats please?
That's the expensive long wheelbase version

And emissions from your 10k transit will kill people.
Not everything is about money.

That 24 minute stop to charge is as long as the charger is available. That 24 minute's could drag on a bit if your in a queue

Celeb? Lol. Im not interested one bit in what a Z lister has to say about a van!
Sorry Charlie you’re not a vehicle reviewer.
Charlie is a brilliant reviewer - more Charlie
If it is electric it is not the best in any shape or form. Waste of money, market confirms that.

The MG4 Is One of the best hatches on sale and its electric
