last night i had this weird dream, i was in a cabin with a bunch of people I didnt know, but I feel like I did know them. there were four adults and two children. me and another girl were doing quadrobics around the enormous field. i don't know what brought this dream on, as I haven't really thought about therianthropy in a while. I just know that i felt really at peace with the people there, and that doing quadrobocs in my dream felt so right.
Just remember it takes time and practice and you can really hurt yourself if you land funny, so I'd recommend maybe 30min-1hour of practice time, don't go to jumping straight away, I'd recommend gaits first :).

Quick reminder: You don’t need constant shifts to be considered a ‘real’ therian. You don’t need phantom limbs to be a therian. You don’t need to have gear. You don’t need to do quadrobics to be a therian. You don’t need to openly say you’re a therian to be one. *the therian community is quite talented at finding ‘fake’ Therians. You don’t need to be worried that because you don’t shift as often as other people or because you don’t shift like at all, people are gonna assume you’re not a therian. You don’t need to buy any gear at all to be considered a therian. But also remember don’t just become one cause you want to, you can do quadrobics.
