I think it is a form of sexual assault to not disclose your transgender identity before engaging in sex with a person who identifies as straight. Clearly such an ommision is to proceed without consent of the other party

How small of a man must you be to go and hunt something solely as a trophy? I grew up where the purpose of hunting was to put meat in the freezer, not antlers on a wall. My dad killed his limit pretty much every year and only ever had one mounted and naturally it was the largest one he ever got and he had hunted it for literally years. He didn’t pay someone to bring him to what equates to a stockyard

The third one is rough. Usually when a guy is going to off his wife, they have problems leading up to it. These people seemed like what everyone would want their lives to be like... The pipe falling off a truck might sound unrealistic, but I've seen it happen. (By the way, pipes don't "fling" themselves out of trucks and land flat then bounce up, they slide, hit end first and cartwheel like a MF.) BUT the husband changing his story THREE TIMES just seems odd. Especially to do it on the witness stand, when your lawyers have had time to ask the guy you're going to use and MAKE SURE... Why would he do that if he's not hiding something?
I don't know... But for 12 people to say no reasonable doubt just proves what George Carlin always said, "You're getting judged by 12 people that are too dumb to get out of jury duty."

I think, (for what that may be worth)......our brains or our conscience thinking abilities as humans, also have in our bodies the Adrenalin, or blood cells....OR whatever immediately sets in to fight off disease, trauma, start healing.....forever, or temporarily until the specific brain, mind, emotions, etc can handle it while retaining our sanity.
Perhaps amnesia and disbelief are two of those built in coping mechanisms, .....how is it possible not to believe it when you are told that a loved one is dead by the police, even after you have seen them, that they are gone.....but in your mind you concoct that it isn't so?

Smoking Meth & engaging in sexual intimacies with an intoxicated man who believes she is a girl is very dangerpus behaviour for a grown adult nevermind a 17yr old & from how everyone spoke of Nikki i have no doubt he did react with aggression when insulted by Bogdanov. This is physically a 17yr old male & Nikki was no stranger to violence having dodged 6 bullets & come away with grazes she knew how to fight & handle bad situations.

There's country's today who accepts and even feels culturally honored to have "third gender" people.

"She", "She", "She"....he was a dude!!! A dude with a clear mental illness but instead of helping him, society and his family made it worse. 40 years ago this wouldn't have been on TV for example, certainly not portraying his behavior as normal. Now people who find it immoral, perverted, and a mental illness that goes against all the laws of nature, are the hated ones. People like me. Hate away but you won't change my opinion. I believe in loving the sinner while hating the sin. So don't accuse me of saying things I haven't said...and would never say. But I stand behind what I have. While yes, I do not condone his actions, are they understood how it ensued yes. If she went on an attacked him, which I can also see happen considering she was very confident in her identity, was likely angry because he rejected her, her past history and moreso on meth, I agree with 2nd degree, but not the hate crime conviction.

The dirty little secret is that hate crime(s) only go one way and everyone knows it. Lazy Jay has been a failure of a governor for Washington for everyday working people. Only ultra special interest groups benefited from his leftism.

This isn't something that you can just pull the curtain on and cover up and hope the person will see past it. It's something that strikes the core of everything we are as human beings. Did he deserve to go to prison? Yes. I think this happened more out of anger for embarrassment that he couldn't tell that she was a he and he allowed it to escalate like he did.
