Believe it or not! This is my first time actually eating State Fair & Carnival Food in my life time. When I was young my parents would always bring us but never buy the food because it was too expensive and " WE HAD FOOD AT HOME" 😢😭
They were right! 😉
I understand Quang. Growing up, I had handy downs from toys to clothes from my siblings. Our family didn't had much, but we all still managed to support one another. When your baby is born, you can make sure to take him or her to the fair as a family. You can sell your famous fried chicken at the fair Quang.🍗

Speaking of special occasion food, I just make corned beef and cabbage (st pattys day style) ramen. I used Instant pot to make the corned beef and cabbage (no potatoes or carrots), chopped it up, made instant ramen soup, added chile crunch oil and soy in the broth to make it flavorful, topped with kimchi instead of spicy mustard. The kimchi really does replace mustard in the dish! I also put bean sprouts for texture since there are no potatoes. Its wonderful!

I love the fair it's a tradition I made up to go every year as it's always around my birthday I go and eat anything I want can't wait for this years fair I'm super pumped 😊

When I was young my mom use to take us to the fair , Knotts berry farm , Maci Mountain, Disneyland, Universal studios. Those was the day's food was really cheap back then . Now everything is really expensive.

The bison bannock burger must of been like $15 to $20 bucks but the food looks delicious and your right when I was younger also mom would take me to the fair or whatever and never buy the food was to expensive and mom always says we got food at home hahaa

Carnival food is so disgusting here in Australia, that it makes it so delicious!!!! The battered hot dog on a stick you had, we call them pluto pups, the US call them dagwood dogs, you need WAY more sauce (ketchup) on it.
I'm very jealous at your options of Asian meals. Where I come from, they are not an option at a carnival/fair. Not for me anyway. We do get a few options of middle eastern street foods, but that's about it. Even then, the options are limited.
While I normally eat quite healthy, I freaking love carnival food!!!!! It's my one day a year I can eat absolute garbage and need to be sent home in a barrow. My next food coma is in April next year. Watch this space!
