@@CornManly they’re a great rod especially for the price right? I’ve caught my on brown and brookie on this rod, definitely my go to trout rod. I actually just bought this one on a fluke, it was just the only one that day at the store when I needed one but every time I post with it someone tells me how much they like theirs so I must have made the right choice! @@ReelWildNW If I may make a suggestion, these rods do VERY well jigging. That's actually my preferred method with these rods because of how responsive the tip is. Go get some sculpin hair jigs in 1/8oz and bounce those about 5-20 feet in the water column. Bigger trout go BANANAS for the action those jigs produce, especially when you're using the micro lite series; its like they were made for that purpose. Tight lines man!

Love the micro lite series rods. I have two of them, one in a medium light 7' and another in an ultra light 6'6". My PB brown was caught on that UL!
