I have loved Hicks for years but I have been left wondering if Hicks messages is at odds with Nevilles...is Hicks distorting and watering down in a way that could be considered malicious? Is the concept of Christ entirely expendible as Hicks would have us believe? Just thinking out loud

How can I distinguish between this program being of help and re-fusing me with God and it being (partly) the projection of some lack within me? I'm asking because I'm sensing so many limitations and contradictions in this as well.
Just for instance, why can I supposedly not change the color of my skin? Why would that not be possible? What kind of a small God is this I'm supposed to have in me? Is he not able to let me switch states and appearances as I Iike, just for fun and the pleasure of creating and exploring? Or even if for no reason at all? Why? Could he not do it?
Wouldn't he cause trust, joy, gratefulness, disidentification with lack, jealousy, greed, shame, insecurity, powerlessness and reconnection by not cutting me from his love and power? Why is this this continuous oppressive program of disappointments, censorship, horror and torture? Because it's my reflection then? Then how do I change it?
Not saying that I WANT to change my skin color in any case, but I definitely WANT to be CAPABLE to do it, to walk around as a black person, experience and explore myself and the world such if I want so, if only for a particular situation. I felt I can do all that as a child, before I got conditioned by society and the "necessity" to fit in and play an expected role within ridiculous confines, like a puppet.
Why all these promises always, but when it's on to get real they say, no, not this state, not that experience, not this knowledge - but hey, here, we got some more pain and vicious circles for you! What the fuck? I am so sick and tired of being limited in any way, I need applicable solutions, not an endless marathon of suffering.
Even with language, for instance right now I wanted to state that I refuse suffering, but when I do that, circuits are running re-fusing me with suffering. Why am I aware of such crap with seemingly no chance to solve it? Who did all that? Me? Creating the English language?? Roflmao! All this senseless shit I encounter - what for? I don't want to accept the suffering of any being, period, and God should know that all too well! I created so many access points for him, put myself down so hard, suffered through so much! Why can't he just let me pass through, let me in?
I still don't know who I am, my relationship to the world, what I'm capable of, what I'm responsible for, and how to comprehend or navigate or do anything, I get no momentum, no applicable transcendental powers?
They say there is no bad student, just a bad teacher - I tend to agree: Here I am, with my current state, having innocently started off and being led into terrible suffering inspite of all I've put into, inspite of constant yearning and pleading and crying and desperately trying to get a grip, here I am, having been through the depths of the depths of hell, still being all yours, once again.
I am hungry and thirsty to the limit! Fill me up! Teach me! Why don't you use me? Why are you not building me up properly? Don't you know me? Are you incapable of building and keeping trust, of hooking me up? What's with the translation? Can you only do the pain program, can you just blame me for the bad, acting as if I was to blame for everything, after all?? At the same time withholding all my powers, destroying every rapport, faculty, connection, love, joy and compassion I once had? What's up with tearing me out gently, smoothly, in a positive way, empowering me? Why do I even have to ask for this? All teaching and building up and empowerment should have come and should come naturally, smoothly, perfectly, without leaving any possibility to fail or go against any of my or any other beings interests and well-being!
35:44 This would consequently apply to you as well, are you moving under compulsion? Don't you have free will? Are you nothing but the result of my inner movings, or possibly of the synthesis of the ones who end up being recipients of you? Are you just myself pushed out? Are you aware of these implications and the ramifications? Why don't you talk about it? Are you all robots?
In any case, you seem to care, while you said earlier that no one cares! Why is it that you do care, but others are not? Why are you contradicting yourself? Why do I have the persistent feeling that you're withholding so much? Why am I again not getting the grip I feel is necessary to really get this going? What is it - beyond the contradictions and blank spaces - that doesn't let me trust you?

Hey Josiah, hope all is well. I wrote you a few weeks ago in reference to Neville Vs Ernest holmes I believe it was. And I told you I would send you that lecture were Neville was saying what he thought about the new thought movement. Well with Neville having over a hundred recordings out there you could imagine, no pun intended 😆 how difficult it was to find that particular lecture. Well I didn’t find that exact one but this morning as fate would have it i begin my morning listening to Neville and what do you know he starts giving his thoughts on what he describes as the so called new thought movement.
