I’m Malian, live between Timbuktu and Niamey. The armed forces are really doing their best! Security is not a responsibility only for the army, it’s for us the Malians too! To be vigilant and mobilise against these terrorists. Our security cannot mean more to western parties than us! Since the coup of Assimi, you couldn’t even enter Timbuktu or even travel to Meneka or Kidal. Today we can do it! The armed forces are doing their best! I’m from the north, I’m Tuareg. We all know that external hands have been working against us in mali 🇲🇱.
We are doing very well, our security is ours, and in sha allah we will succeed!
    Vive Mali 🇲🇱 ✊🏾

When these western funded UN 'peacekeepers' nonsense and foreign bases all go.
Then the terrorists will magically vanish and Mali will enjoy relative stability
Here in Somalia. The west uses the UN as a cover to supply Al shabaab.

The French are not fighting the jihadists for the Africans; they are doing it out of self-interest. The jihadist movement originated from "Western" colonial operations in Afghanistan and Iraq; from there, the movement filtered into parts of Africa. African volunteers made their way to troubled hotspots like Afghanistan and Iraq, as part of foreign volunteers from the Islamic world, when the so-called "War on terror" emerged. Some of those elements returned to Africa to establish their own jihadist operations. Besides cracking down on the jihadists, the French have sought to crackdown on the migrants using transitory routes along the Sahel.

What he doesn't realize is that his logic is in alignment to that of the US, in that the US has given-up on the ghost of Ukraine "winning", and are now loudly changing their language o Ukraine "defend itself".....

Nope. The talk has always been about Ukraine defending itself, because that reflects the situation on the ground. Hence the terminology of "defense" and not the terminology of "winning".

The question posed as caption for this video and discussion on Aljazeera is so prejudicial it is not funny. Why would there be any discussion that questions whether Mali can win its fight for security? Is it because the UN peacekeeping forces there are being withdrawn? Or is this question being posed because it is the belief of Aljazeera propagandists that without the support of colonizers and imperialists Mali will continue to be unstable?
How much stability and peace were the French forces able to bring to Mali from August 1, 2014 to November 9, 2022? Nine years, 2 weeks and 3 days? Who have been behind the destabilization that intensified after the destruction of the Libyan government? Why would there not be a discussion about the duplicity of the French and Americas in this sick game of creating the problem, pretending to be the only forces that can solve the problem, when indeed, they have no intentions to solve the problem because they created it in the first place? The so-called UN peacekeepers are only sent there for show. They are useless in solving the issue. This should be the discussion that Aljazeera propagandists should be having, and not whether Mali can safeguard its own security. Give the Malians 9 years, 2 weeks and 3 days and then come and discuss what they have been able to accomplish in that timeframe.
