You can't call for an infitada with the govt, but rather the citizenry.
Infitada is a call for a new govt. It is not specific to Isreal, as it was used in various revolutions in Iraq, Bahrain, Lebanon (maybe), Saudi.
Also, remember the reason Palestinian refugees were not welcome in any Arab country? Wherever they go, a revolution is strarted--Lababon, Jordan Egypt.

Well, that comes with risk. As was learned the hard way by those foreign aid workers and the international community who were criticising Israel for their deaths, it's great that you want to help the regular citizens who are suffering because of the war their leaders reignited (can't say started because the best the region ever gets is a couple of ceasefire agreements, never lasting peace), but being in an active war zone that gets a strafing/bombing run every other week comes with a risk of death. It was tragic, but it shouldn't be surprising since these air raids aren't something new that the aid workers wouldn't have been able to predict. It's been happening for months.

You need to differentiate between STEM and non-STEM. I got degrees in both math and physics. My peers all started around 85k, passed 100k in a few years. Currently my partner is age 27, makes 140k. It's only the humanities degrees that are a waste. If you learn to solve truly difficult technical problems, those skills are in extremely high demand. The lie is that "any degree" will do. A hard science degree is thousands of times more difficult than the very popular psych and communication degrees. They try to say "neuroscience" to make it sound like they do STEM...it's still a psych degree guys. When all you're doing is memorizing PowerPoints, you're not doing anything useful.

These things work fine in book form, as the narrator can still telegraph the action to the reader unhindered, but if you’re transferring the action to a visual medium you have to be able to see what’s going on. Especially in a battle featuring so many key characters. John Boorman’s Excalibur did the climactic battle between King Arthur and his knights and Modred’s army and it was obscured by fog (most likely due to budgetary constraints) but I could still make out who was doing what.

The paragliders were a really intelligent way to get around their early warning and ground to air systems. It also requred thousands of hours of training and millions of dollars.

@postmodernmining "Thousands of hours of training?" Give me a break. You could learn to fly a paraglider in an afternoon. It may have take some time to PLAN the thing, but there is no way they spent "thousands" of hours training. Our special forces guys spend that kind of time training, there is a reason they are the tip of the spear. Believe it, the dudes flying paragliders were not that.
@@postmodernmining Fair enough, I'll give em that, in terms of low-tech solutions to high-tech problems, sure. I think I'm just biased towards an air force actually having planes or rotorcraft and at least a makeshift runway somewhere to stage them off of. The conflicts going on at present are tragic, though the way they are redefining what an effective fighting force looks like is interesting.

Quite frankly, I don't think the cops should be there. Let them fight, let the university handle it because they created that environment. America really needs the cops to step back and not do anything, they are already doing it and look where it's gotten too. This point.
