I love this anime cause I always wanted a show where a mythical creature comes to a normal person not for some weird fetish or a harem but to fix their depression, I always wanted to see something done similar with demons

The way I interpret this episode, I feel like Nakano feels bad for Senko being in the Floor to sleep as a Goddess, so he took his chances by sharing his bed with her. And when Senko accepts his request, she stay by her side, but as for Nakano he felt embarrassed or nervous because sleeping with a young girl looks awkward for him at his old age. It is however normal in real life having that kind of situation. A little misunderstanding that it looks like Senko is really clingy against Nakano as you can see in the video here.
