The Chief commanders of corruption in Uganda Mr Alioni has mentioned them properly both the two speakers and committees plus ministers and they convived with security to defend them so that no room for discussion in the parliament house

I wish to point out the contradictions in the response given by the minister,
1- before a loan is applied for from the world bank by the ministry of works for road works, its important that all social safe guards are put in place as required by the bank, why go into these technicalities after the loan is already running, its important to deeply investigate this matter more deeply.

The GDP of Germany is appr. 104 times more than that of Uganda. But;
Salary of a MP in the German Parliament: 10.012,89 EUR = 38,615,547 UgShs.
Salary of a MP in the Ugandan Parliament: 35,000,000
