I took the ifi micro idsd signature to canjam once and it was nice to hear every headphone on the same dac amp so the baseline was much more equal comparison rather than testing it on different dac amp that were at each booth
Actually I'm pretty confident in this battery setup. Ifi has inside pictures of the device, and the battery is a standard lipo cell with jst connector. So that makes it really easy to service and gives me confidence. Should the battery ever fail, one could buy a similarly sized replacement from a quality manufacturer

Looks pretty cool. I could see someone without much desk top space using the Diablo 2 as a desktop All in One. Nice Review
yeah and it’s also nice to travel with and use at like audio shows to power any headphone you encounter

Nice but $1300 is a bit much for a DAC/amp. Portable or not. Not to mention what that heat does to the Lithium battery.
I think the price will come down a bit. It's likely worth $1100 easily.

I'm sad they took off the xBass and 3D+ options. Wish they added it cause they were amazing.
