If your mat is dirty or not really sticky anymore wash it with soap!! Saw that as a trick and tried it myself works great!

Couple of things. First off, your outfit is adorable! Also, I use that cover girl eyeliner! It's pretty great, the tube lasts forever and the "wand" is pretty easy to use.

The cricut mats get their stick back when you wash them with soapy water and leave to dry. No need to add your own adhesive.

my go-to "time killer" videos have been Illuminaughtii's videos about mlm's! theyre like lil mini podcasts almost, i love to put them on while i knit :)
Use dawn to clean the Mats. Scrub them and let them dry. Should restore the sticky :)

It is SO satisfying to watch the Cricut machine run
I use maneater liquid eyeliner from Tarte and even though it’s 1ml it lasts a long time and it’s works great.
If you're having a hard time with eyeliner transfering to your eyelid, try putting on some primer (I manage well with thin foundation tho) and powder! Like, go a little bit overboard with it, so it doesn't wear off immediately :)
That eyeliner is really good and the tip of the applicator is very fine! They formula does dry down a bit shiny though 😅

My Cricut hates glossy vinyl too. I put a thin layer of modpodge over the registration lines to make it read them properly.
Hey! You should think about getting a silhouette cameo. I think it’s cuts better and faster. As well as the design aspect of the software. I have 4 of them and I love mine. I run a very busy sticker shop and do all the cutting in house and they keep up no problem. And you can cut glossy as well with no issues.
I don't think it's worth it for how little I use it. I outsource all my stickers except the freebies.

Hey Baylee! I’m so interested in making my own stickers is there any way you could show us how you do that in the cricut in one of the videos?
I showed pretty much everything here except uploading the files into the Cricut software. You just click the upload button and arrange them how you want. There are so many tutorials for it already on UA-cam, so I'm not feeling compelled to make one.
If you still need a new eyeliner, check out Stila! It's a bit pricey at 22 dollars each, but it lasts me 6 months with everyday use. It doesn't transfer at all and it stays put! I loved your outfit today, btw!

I use my apron as a bib, works great. 😊😄
Mine don't come up high enough.
You can gently wash your Cricut mat with some Dawn dishwashing liquid and very light scrubbing to remove the grim when it gets to a point that you want to replace it. it will give it a little more life.
To get away from the Cricut hating gloss you can try and tape over the sensor lines with matte tape. Sometimes it helps. Sometimes it doesnt. Lots of effort for something that is free though.
I've tried the tape method, along with many other tricks. None worked, or only worked here and there.
@@BayleeJae Yeah. Its definetly not perfect. Good for if you only want to try to do one sheet or two sheets. But when you are mass producing sheets not the best idea.
