Yeah dealers have been lacing 2CB to enhance it too - happened in Spain this Summer so crossing the pond - people are testing a lot for Fentanyl now because it takes so little to be lethal. In US a lot of ppl buying H on the street finding it laced with Fentanyl - easily lethal combo.

It’s a great track. To answer some of your qu’s: Yes Fentanyl is an analgesic (opioid painkiller). Here in the UK it’s been used, mainly in a slow-release patch form, for years in palliative care. It is an excellent painkiller if used correctly, but highly addictive & deadly if used incorrectly. Here in the UK it’s a very controlled substance & is usually used to treat patients suffering from pain related to terminal cancer. My understanding is that in the US it can be prescribed in tablet form. Patients develop dependencies despite it having been prescribed by a Dr, & if their prescription is cut off rather than a gradual weaning off of it, they are left to cope with the addiction themselves; often resorting to sourcing similar drugs on the street from dealers. If a drug is “laced” it is cut with something else, usually many things, so the dealer can sell more. Since it’s being sold illegally there’s no regulation so it can contain anything. Often the substances used are other drugs. The combination can be lethal.
Laced - cut with another drug, usually something cheaper, to make more money. it makes very difficult to know the ingredients/potency and as a result causes death by overdose
