  • A little video about the new Zeno 2 from OZONE. My videos are mainly for entertaining but will show in some way the potential of a certain glider. After more than 15 hours, here is a 15 mn video.

    Hi Ziad thanks for your great Blog and vids. I've heard that the original Zeno was a little more nervous/twitchy in the S compared to other sizes, could you tell me if this is the case with the Zeno 2 in S size please?

    • @ziadbassil
      @ziadbassil  Рік тому

      Yes, the Zeno 2 S is also more demanding to fly than the MS.

    Nice Vid! would you say it's an affordable glider for an experienced C pilot? Does the benefits worth the more control and active piloting it requires? Looks like a great machine..

      Hi,
      I think after a season on a 3 liner D glider, the Zeno 2 could be a good evolution.
      The C category is far a bit for comparison
      Cheers,
      Ziad

    Beautiful!
    What is that loop of webbing that runs from the handle down to the front riser?

      @@ziadbassil Please look from 1:00 to 1:20. There is a loop of webbing on the risers. Perhaps it is there to do something with full bar?

      @@NelsonsWings Hi, that's the same webbing and loop extension seen on the Zeno 1.
      It extends and flattens as soon as you push the bar or if you pull the B risers. It's like a retainer of some kind to control the extension between the B and A risers. Cheers.

    When I fly with leopard, the b risers are very stiff.
    And has a short length.
    But xcracer is better.
    Softer and longer range.
    How is Zeno2 compared to leopard, xcracer, delta 4?
    Thank

      At trim speed the Zeno 2 B handles are a bit on the moderate to heavy side. Much like the Leopard as i remember..They become lighter on the second bar. Cheers,

    Just had my first side by side glide comparison with my leopard XS, vs a zeno2M, the difference was disturbing... especially in full speed, The Z2 felt like ~7kmh faster while still having the better glideratio.
    Never felt so slow

  • @amirflyer

    What is the length of the speed bar? For example, delta 4 was 16 cm

  • @amirflyer
    @amirflyer 2 роки тому

    Hello Mr. Ziad.
    What is the pressure of theB riser relative to the delta 4?
    In trim speed; Half Bar; Full bar
