Well in France, apart from English that we start to learn pretty early (around 7 or 8 yo), most of the students choose to learn Spanish (70% of them), or German, and then few other languages like Italian, Russian, or Chinese :)

One of my teachers (she speaks a ton of different languages) explained to us once that a lot of the time the voice gets higher when you're a little less comfortable speaking a language and don't know it as well, so maybe that's why?

I’m a junior in highschool and I’ve been taking spanish as my second language for these past 2 and a half years and it’s so hard to re-learn. In Australia we tend to learn Japanese in school, atleast for me it was compulsory for 8 years but I continued doing it for 2 more years after that, (10 years total) and I literally can’t remember barely anything, and I only stopped learning japanese at my school like a year ago. 💀

Spanish was my first language, English my second, and as a fluent native speaker, I’d give Gabe a 8/10. Your Spanish was really good!!! There is some confusion between which words to fit into your sentences, but your pronunciation is still solid! Jess, your r’s are super good!!! So many people struggle with that when trying to speak Spanish, it’s like the biggest hurdle. If you can roll those, then you can definitely learn Spanish no prob

I love the try you made for talking in Spanish..that shows the background of your family and that's amazing! I' m from colombia..it would be greatt to see you both in my country. When a person can speak more than 1 language, it opens your mind, it teaches you new cultures and erase the ignorance that the world is having towards inmigration. It is amazing how we all can learn different languages and be fluent on them, I actually know english, french and my language Spanish, so keep practicing Gabe!!!! You will have a big audience supporting you. Nowadays I am in Australia and at least in Sydney you can hear many languages..and many latinos, believe me, I was surprised. Nowadays I am in Australia and at least in Sydney you can hear many languages..and many latinos, believe me, I was surprised. Everywhere I went there was a Colombian, or people from Argentina, Chile.

Yessss! I grew up in the US but Spanish was my first language. I love this so much! Gabe’s Spanish was a lot better than I thought it would be though this is awesome!

I am not fluent in Spanish but I admire the language so much! I took it in high school and have lost a lot of it but still love it. I think this would be fun to do with Sebastian because it’s always helpful to practice with someone who also speaks it or is learning 😊 love you guys!
