Oh wow, you actually used my design for the market stand! I'm so glad you liked my solution, and I'm thoroughly honored to have been able to contribute to this display and series, which is with no doubt my favorite on the entirety of UA-cam right now. It's truly inspiring with how much care for accuracy and crazy techniques you make each and every one of these. Keep up the great work, here's to another year of this series!
The design you came up with is brilliant! Thank you so much for sharing. I honestly never would have figured that out on my own. I love how much the LEGO community can learn from each other.
I like that these stay accurate to the game, even in terms of things like slabs, rather than completely eyeballing it like the actual Lego Minecraft series does.
This is one of the most satisfying things to me, it’s extra care taken to be game accurate that Lego themselves don’t seem to take. Wish these were the official sets to be honest, they’re high quality enough
Glad to know it's appreciated! Visually I feel it makes a big difference, and the addition of slabs and stairs gives me the challenge I crave from a model like this. Of course, it eats up a LOT of bricks (that's why LEGO doesn't do it in official sets), but I've always found it to be worth the extra expense.
Lego has different criteria for designing their sets. Cost is one thing, but also playability, ease of building, ect. However I think builds like this would be really cool as a more "collector oriented" line of Minecraft sets.
To me I kinda disagree. Mainly because most importantly the scale doesn’t match the figures. Still a great series and really cool work but personally I’d prefer to see a looser approach to accuracy that makes the scale work a little bit better.
That recap, in the beginning, made me realise just how amazing this project is and how hard you've worked. This is one of the best series I've ever watched on youtube, I love your videos and can't wait to see your next upload ❤
I found the series around the nether wastes module and IMMEDIATELY became a member to see the Mushroom island! These modules honestly give me so much comfort in what feels like a ever stressful world we live in. Thank you Cheesey for this wonderful series and I can’t wait to see where you go with this in the future (and I can’t wait to see it at BrickWorld lol)
10:30 Don't think I didn't notice that gap by the plains village. Always exited for your upload and every addition to the layout. for the first time it finally looked like a cohesive display, and it is by far the most detailed and accurate lego minecraft display i've ever seen. This is awesome!
Can’t wait for the amethyst video to come out. It’s gonna be such a cool one to see how much bricks you use to make it look like what it does in the bed of the video.
I’ve been obsessed with this series for so long and it’s always such a treat whenever a new module is made. The whole desert section feels very diorama esque to me, how open and spacious it is, and yet so packed with detail. It’s has been a so wonderful watching this project grow and change. Very excited to see what’s in store, especially the amethyst geode. So cool!!
It feels very satisfying how you started the series with the desert, and now a year later you’ve completed it! IT’S HUGE, I hope you make the plains village that big soon too 😅 Also 10:40 RIP custom frog 2022-2023 😢
I’ve loved this series, cannot believe it’s been a year.? it’s absolutely amazing revisiting all the videos. The effort and dedication it’s truly outstanding, I’m looking forward to this project expanding or maybe seeing it finished…
As always, I adore the work you put into these builds and videos. You've really captured the essence and vibe of Minecraft and used it to make these videos relaxing and informative. But your moments of humor are always tasteful and light. You've done such a good job, and you can bet that I will be watching this series until the end!
With all of these amazing Lego Minecraft structures you've been creating, it would be fun to see some kind of story take place within this world, like a stop motion film. Just a thought I had.
This is the first Minecraft World made of LEGO that I've seen done to a standard this high. Everywhere you look, there's some detail that is captured perfectly given LEGO's limitations. A masterclass in design, I'd say
@@CheeseyStudios It would be amazing if you made one of those savanna plateaus to go next to your pillager outpost somewhere. The savanna is a really cool biome and I bet you could make it look awesome in Lego form as well!
It has been an absolute joy to follow this series from the start. Watching the layout evolve is mesmerizing. And just for the record, I don’t think it’s cluttered at all. Its like a big Minecraft-themed where’s Waldo book and I love it. You can glance ad it and get the bigger picture, but when you take a closer look you can see all the details and work that went into making this the most accurate lego Minecraft layout ever
Really appreciate it! I kinda like that there's not a single dull space in the display too - I think it'll be really fun to see people 'exploring' this at conventions!
Every time I see these videos I get so excited, and for the past 6 months I couldn’t decide if I should get a membership, because I never have on UA-cam, but today is the day I think I will!
I know that the raid was the main focus of this video, but my favorite part was when the frog got switched out (although the custom frog design was smart!)
Great to see you're incorporating more player skin figures into your builds :D If this was an actual server I would not hesitate to join it and help defend the village! Edit: seeing you replace your older frog design with Lego's official piece was great but I think it'd be awesome if you kept your frog design hidden somewhere in the swamp for the sake of nostalgia. I'd love to see it peek through some mangrove roots from time to time XD
A Savannah adjacent to the desert would be an amazing addition to this custom Minecraft world! Acacia trees are so iconic and I feel like it would stand out in the whole build
Happy anniversary to the Lego Minecraft world! It feels like only yesterday that I started watching these! Good luck on the rest of the model, and I will most certainly be here on this journey until the end of this series! (Will there even be an end?!) Anyways, thanks for the incredible inspiration and though I could never build models as well as you, I can still learn a thing or two!
Thank you! So glad you're enjoying the series. Sadly, it will end one day, but I don't see that happening any time soon. Heck, I've got enough module ideas to carry us to the end of 2024 xD
This is my favorite series on UA-cam tied only with hermitcraft right now and it’s crazy to think it’s a year old. Hopefully many more to come and I’m just imagining how big this could get.
This series actually got me super into Minecraft Lego more than any other Legos, and I started collecting a bunch of sets to make my own Minecraft city/world
I’ve recently built my own module; it’s an 8x8 and 12 tall flower forest with some caves underneath and ive definitely gained a ton of respect for how difficult this actually is. What you’re doing really is awesome!
That sounds awesome! It definitely is a bit harder than it looks at first, and boy do you need a lot of pieces. xD Hope you can expand your own build in the future, too!
seeing all of the completed modules put together is awesome! it may be a little cluttered, but thats just how it's got to be in a world that fits on a table
Just re watching your series for the third time! I’ve been here since the beginning and every video you have made for this series blows my mind with its creativity!
This series has been so much fun to follow and watch! The modules are just so well executed and have a finesse to them that I haven't seen in any Lego-MC MOC! I would love to see your take on the new mountains added in the caves and cliffs update, maybe with a cave stuck in the peak that makes part of it hollow or a ravine diving into the mountain!
While the newest module isn't the most impressive in size or stature, I love how it still manages to be great from all the awesome building techniques and story elements. In particular, the accurate stall roof, rotated hay bale, subtle sandstone floor. I also like your unique approach to the loom block. While I initially thought of using white grill tiles, your sideways plate technique is incredibly smart. But I think that what brings this whole module together is the raid, with the custom ravager and iron golem (it also really makes me wish there was a lego evoker). As always, I can't wait to see the next one!
Thank you so much! Really glad you like this one. It certainly was a joy to build, and I've learned so much since I started this series. Man, I'd sure love a LEGO evoker and vex too!
Every aspect of this is so well thought and cool, I love how satisfying it is when you slide in the houses and overall one of the best builds you’ve made!
OMG could you please do a nether fortress or a bastion? Or maybe do an End City because it would be so cool to find out how you get them to float!! thank you so much and i love your videos!!!
With the jungle temple expanding the world backwards you could do an oak forest behind the og village or even expand the village a bit more, maybe a cleric?
I do plan on adding one more house at least to the original village! As it is now, the back of the village actually lines up with the back of the temple, so I'm probably not going to expand back anymore, but I do have room on the sides!
As someone who we been here since the beginning of the series, it’s so satisfying to see this raid finally happen! I love how it turned out. As always, best part of my day. ( also remember to replace those torches in the first village now haha, new technique is so much better!)

Really glad you appreciate it! I agree that the platform is filled with so much nonsense. I try to create what I would want to watch, and it's awesome to know others are enjoying this style of video too
I absolutely love this series and it’s even influenced my own little Minecraft MOC build that is also quickly expanding. I’m personally hoping to see more player influence on the world that you’re building. Maybe there’s a spawn hub in the plains biome next to the village or just an average dirt hut with a player starting out. That story of the player’s progression and their interactions with one another is what MC is all about to me, from dirt huts to giant pickles to impressive mansions and minigames.
I didn’t realize how nice the breathing room given by the badlands expansion was until it was put in at 5:40, it looks so cool. It’s wild to see how far this series has come!
There is something extremly satisfying about watching your Lego Minecraft world grow and grow. The details you put into your work really pay of because it makes everything look very true to minecrafts ingame design. I definetly wouldn't mind another year, keep it up! :)

That retrospective at the start was fantastic. Cheers for some more builds in the future!
Thank you! A lot of people had been asking for a recap, and this seemed the perfect place to do it :D
I love the paint brushes as torches!!! These small details in your builds is what makes these videos so amazing!
Thank you
it would be cool if you could make a huge mountain range with the newer mountain biomes and mabye a snowy village within the lower areas.
That's actually my plan lol! Should look pretty epic :D
I didn’t realize how nice the breathing room given by the badlands expansion was until it was put in at 5:40, it looks so cool. It’s wild to see how far this series has come!
It's crazy, isn't it? Never thought it would be more than a line of 6 or 7 builds xD
There is something extremly satisfying about watching your Lego Minecraft world grow and grow.
The details you put into your work really pay of because it makes everything look very true to minecrafts ingame design.
I definetly wouldn't mind another year, keep it up! :)
Oh don't you worry - I've got plans for AT LEAST the next year and a half xD
This has been the best lego Minecraft series on youtube
I'm here rewatching the series and catching up on the modules I missed. You should definitely build a Desert Temple sometime!
Hoping to do that in the near future 👀
Amazing work! Honestly, your videos are the main reason I got back into Lego a few months back, so thanks for this amazing series!
Love to hear it, thank you!
I absolutley love that nostalgic music.
It's perfection!
These always look so very good. Keep stacking them up, looking forwards to seeing the finished result.
Thank you! Lots lots more to come :D
Always love these videos. Would love to see a player riding a pig somewhere, its my favorite silly feature still in the game
That's a great idea actually xD I'll try and remember to do that!
10:40 I saw you replace chicken frog 😢
But good job as always! Really impressed with how the buildings turned out in the desert village section!
Don't worry - I have a feeling we haven't seen the last of our chicken-legged friend xD
