I’ve never seen a guy get more help in a major than kent just did. Very happy for him feels like it was 7 years over due
Kent’s been looking one forever, I was so happy for him watching this, lucky or not. It’s been long overdue.
Kent had a guardian angel, what a great tournament with the best commentary crew and the best fans in the best sport ever!

I don't want to take anything away from Kent, but good lord this was some lucky shit. This was a war of attrition, damn near. Every bowler fell apart in each match when it mattered. From four straight open frames, to being unable to string two strikes together. Kent found a way to win despite trying to give the game away in multiple frames.
It wasn't great bowling, but it was tremendous drama. I want more of this, even though there isn't a single bowler who wants to have a nightmare round on broadcast TV.

Actually! Since 2020, someone had climbed the ladder to win the TOC, it’s a 4 year streak now.
