Myra, Myra, Myra!! These are both so fantastic.....I LOVE them! I was amazed at the Victorian village scene and all the detail that went into that, but then you outdo yourself with this beautiful shadowbox! I wish UA-cam had a heart button 'cause the thumbs up is simply not enough! ♥♥♥
SO amazing Myra!! I can't decide which one I like better. I have the Portobello Road stamp set and hopefully will get started on something this week! You are such an inspiration and a great teacher! Thank you so much!
Your videos always make me smile! These shadow boxes bring me WAY back to beginning stamping (30 years ago) ❤❤❤ I did get the Portabello Road stamp and have been itching to get my Copics out for it!!!!! I think your 2nd box was my favorite! All those sweet details grabbed my heart!!!
Hello Myra! These were beautiful and a lot of fun to watch. Of course, I can't pick a fave. Love both for different reasons. You knocked it out of the park again! Thanks for sharing. Take care and God bless 😊
@@farmfreshdesigns59 I don’t own nor afford the stamps as I don’t have a booth or store. What you did really made me wish I did. I have gotten scrap wood from a construction sight( my daughter is real estate agent that sells homes a contractor/builder she went to school with). Lol.
Myra these are both STUNNING!!!!! I just adore both of them. If I must pick a favourite I’ll pick the shadow box but only cos I’d never have the patience to do the other one. I do love both projects though. TFS and I hope your week is filled with blessings.
Hands down the shadow box is my favorite project. Its amazing and beautiful and I think you have the patience of a Saint. That was some project with all the pieces and fussy cutting OMG I dont know that I could do it. You certainly have inspired me though. No I didnt get the stamps and wish I was better off financially. Still I was thinking of other ways I could create a shadow box. Myra thank you so much for always being so kind and encouraging. I may not have the supplies like others but it doesnt stop me from being inspired and appreciating other creators work. I just thank God everyday for the roof over my head because not very long ago I didnt have one. God Bless you and the hands he gave you to create what you do.
Doris, Thank you so much for the sweet words. You can even look for images in magazines to use. It is fun to think about how to do things on a budget. Hope you have a blessed day!!
There is no possible way I could ever choose a favorite!!! Yes, I purchased both and I am waiting on the Victorian to come. I had never heard of Zuri but I looked them up and they have amazing molds!! I have so many IOD molds, stamps and stencils!! I could not find the candlestick's mold. Your creations were gorgeous once again!! 💓💓💓
The name of the mould is Baroque Candelabras. If you type that in the search at MAIKA Daughters it should come up. And yes Zuri has incredible detailed moulds.
Oh my goodness Myra! How amazing! I'm so impressed with both of these projects! Your considerable cardmaking skills are showing! My favorite is actually the town, enough so I'm thinking of getting that stamp set now. I love how you put together all the different elements. You have far more patience and talent than I tho! Oh, almost forgot...you should take us along the next time you make a box!
Hi Myra, as always you've done such a beautiful job on these. They are really cute and very inspiring. Your videos are so interesting and I love all the little tips and tricks you give us.
Myra, you keep improving with each video. I love both of them and with my son-in-law, we really have to watch our spending, so I've not been able to buy much. Much love from Texas my friend. ❤🤠
The shadow box was my favorite, you sure have those down to a fine science, adorable! I do not have that stamp but you are making me want to purchase it.
So beautiful! Every detail stands out. Myra, you have so much patience. I enjoyed watching this video. Of course, Santa is my favorite! Happy crafting, and thank you for sharing your talents with me. ❤
Absolutely amazing!!! You put both these together beautifully!! I wish I could afford the Portobello set, but at $45, non-rich, non-professionals can't afford it. In the beginning, their items were reasonably priced, but I guess fame spoils you. Anyway, I love what you did.
I absolutely love both of them but if I had to choose it would have to be the shadow box, it is stunning ❤. I do have the stamp set and the other one to. I have to order some more ink I have been stamping so much I'm out of ink black anyway. But when it comes in that's the first project. God bless . You are amazing
Thanks so very much. You could try stamping on white napkins or tissue paper to get the feel of using it. Then you can stamp on a project. This may be my favorite stamp ever. 💕💕💕
Oh I wanted the candy cane set but they sold out fast. I really liked both of them but if I had to pick I would say I really loved the shadow box! I’m going to have to make one of those now. 😁
Hi Myra...love both of your designs and the stamp set that you used....so many possibilities with that set....noticed how much time you spent fussy cutting the Christmas tree.... maybe try smaller scissors to get into all those intricate spaces....I have a pair from Michaels that work very well, they're by loops & threads micro tip scissors and are only $3.99....also you might want to try a small make up sponge with your ink pad to get into all those tiny white edges when you're distressing them. Thanks for the great video.
Thanks so much. The taller house was 5 1/2 wide x 10 high The shorter house was 5 1/2 wide x 7high The man reading the newspaper was 2 1/2 wide x 4 1/2 high The man and woman walking the dog was 5. 1/2 wide x 4 1/2 high The tall skinny block with the street light was 1 3/4 x 7 1/4 Hope that helps. I just used scraps of wood. Have a wonderful day 💕
