I love these projects with the IOD transfers. The Santa is gorgeous and exactly the vintage one that I love to see. I can't get over how darling the best is with the butterfly on its head. Glad you show the mistakes which besides letting us know you're not perfect it also helps me not to make the same ones. Glad for you that your husband is a thoughtful man. I'm so having trouble seeing and partly my age (66) and partly lighting which I can't do much about. Heather I'm happy things are going so well for you. Thanks for sharing these projects

I’m surprised you painted the handles on the rolling pin. I really liked them when they were all red.
They just seemed so perfectly painted…maybe I should have just sanded them down instead!

Heather In such a short period of time you have really blossomed as a CREATOR. Your projects, the videos and your delivery of the content I know calms and yet excites people to make a thing or two themselves. The world will be a better place with more Heathers, but for now you are killing it!

Hello Neighbor! You killed it! All of the DIYs are beautiful, as always. The black tree box with the bears are my fave this week. I agree, the black looks so good with the transfers. Congrats on your website and "lit" workspace! Lighting is everything. I purchased an awesome light for my craft room recently. I have no idea how I accomplished anything without it. I appreciate when you and others keep it real with us. Showing your mistakes reminds us no one is perfect and that's ok. Thanks for your inspiration and words of encouragement. They mean a lot. Last but of course not least thanks for sharing Sweet Henry! He was so precious when he laid his head on your shoulder.

Enjoyed this video very much-the two bears look like they “sat” for their Christmas portrait-sweet! Loved the jars with the little critters and the Santa with the black and white is very special. I liked the rolling pin with solid red handles-the only change I would make. Thanks for being so real - boo boos and all!

1) This is my favorite use of thst Santa transfer so far!
2) I have some old candle jars with tops...inspired to make them over with those transfers
3) I think the transfer combo made the 'oops' work, cuz the little raccoon has no boarder, and now the deer has a little of both.

I used the Santa on a bug momma rolling pin painted with crockery and white swan mix and painted the handles in Cranberry by Fusion! LOVE it!!!

I got all three! I up-cycled a stool for my granddaughters to use in the bathroom when they brush there teeth. I used two fairies and two mushroom’s from whispering Willows! It turned out so cute. I used the car from Candy Cane Cottage on a oval board. It turned out so cute. I love them all!

I been so sick this week I don't know how I miss this video but I love all your Diy's in this video I am waiting for all three Christmas IOD transfers even being sick I have my husband looking in the mail because once I get better I need to work on my Christmas projects for my craft show in November. Oh my gosh, the deer and the bunny look great, I received my order last week. Did a show this weekend, so haven't even opened the package yet! I also love a bit of black, really grounds things. The tissue paper lives on!!!

Nice save with the basket! Beautiful! I’ve had similar issues with varnishing with the backing. I just use my hand now.

I’m happy that you show your mistakes. It teaches us how to fix and what not to do. The Santa on buffalo check is perfect. I don’t use red much at Christmas either but that piece is stunning. Hi Heather, I am extremely new to IOD transfers and Decoupage, about a month now looking at videos and learning how it is done. What is the glue you painted over the transfers when you are done? What is it called? You are so cute the way you talk to yourself and correct all your mistakes and tell yourself to slow down Heather. I love your video. It makes me want to do this as well. Will you be having the newest IOD Transfers in your shop this year for Holiday 2024? I will now go over to your website and say Hello Heather. I love your doggie in your video. How sweet! I have a precious little girl named Ellie and she was 2 years old on 24 July 2024 and she is a Westie. Thank you for creating such a wonderful atmosphere for us to visit and learn how to create with you. Oh, I love the Beautiful Santa Claus you did on the black and white tissue paper and I love the Deer and the squirrel and the racoon, and I love the bears on the wooden box and how you used it for a tiny evergreen tree. I also love the decanter jars the way you put the transfers on the front and put goodies inside and decorated them with ribbons and ties on the top. Everything you did in this video is wonderful and very very creative. You are giving us wonderful ideas. I wished I had known about these last year. Oh well, better late than never, right?

I use DIY liquid patina as a top coat to protect the transfers…it’s my favorite and of course I carry that and the IOD stuff on my website. I have the new IOD release pre-loaded on my website and it will go live Oct. 1st at 12 pm et!!!
