I so badly wish I could be there! Not just to have the chance of meeting Jeremy and chat about cars with him (not that would have the time of course), but also just to have a really good time and enjoy some nice drinks, knowing that it's all going to support the local farmers.
He's a great guy, I think he's marvellous, he's truly been a great boost for the farming industry, and I hope this pub venture too is a great success. But, my goodness, he looks so ill, and he's got such an enormous beer belly. I really can't see him living much longer. Hope I'm wrong and that he survives for many years yet.
I've admired Jeremy for years, ever since he did a programme on TV where he reviewed Belgium!....which made me laugh at the time. I wish him well in his new pub, and support his ethos on home grown produce. I'm sure if he stood for Parliament he would have a great chance of being elected, where he could shake the place up a bit and maybe bring some sensible changes to our lives.
