I heard Android is going to block side apps from downloading on our new phones I would like to know if I get one of these old Samsung phone like the Note 10 plus if they could still block it
The Note 10 Plus phone is still strong, despite its release in 2019, and it enjoys smoothness, a strong system, and its performance is beyond excellent.
There's a reason for that. Time invested isn't worth it since no one is dumb enough to buy a Note 10... I've owned almost every NOTE since the NOTE 3 last one was the NOTE 20 Ultra.... I love NOTE phones but they're just too old now... I waited till the S24 to upgrade and it's a beast compared to my old NOTE 20. Stop being cheap dudes. I got $1000 trade in towards mine with free 512 upgrade. The SD MICRO are no longer viable due to data transfer speeds as well.
Still rocking my Note10+. A coworker of mine who has the S23 Ultra is already thinking about upgrading to the S24 Ultra lol. I love upgrading every 5yrs or more. When I finally upgrade it's totally worth it because the features will feel new and refreshing. I upgraded from a Galaxy S5 to a Note10+. HUMONGOUS UPGRADE. Although the battery life isnt as it use to be. If the Note10+ had a 120hz screen I WOULD NEVER UPGRADE.
Note 10+ for 4+ years. No issues with my battery and it does everything that i need it to do. May not have AI features but can text translate and search pictures by tapping an eye lol.

As a current s23 ultra user, the note 10 plus, in aura glow was my favorite phone I've ever owned! Same big screen, but not such a heavy brick in my pocket.
I hate to say this, but the s24 is heavy to me. So, I'm going back to my Note 10+. That's why I'm watching this video. I didn't realize how heavy this phone. I know I'm gonna sacrifice New tech, but old AND comfort is gonna be a major plus in the long run. I'm getting Auroa White.
I have the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra as well and it's the best phone I've ever had in my life. I've never owned a phone as powerful, fast, and good looking as the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. It's the best phone ever made in my opinion.
I still use the note 10 plus exynos and it's going strong. Original battery inside almost full day of use.... But it is kinda hilarious to see that all over camera experience is very close. I expected more from 5 year later build phone😅
@@devilkazumi578 yes it is a matter of opinion, but over all just slightly better output? Meh.... If it wasn't for security updates i would use my phone for 5 years more
I want to take pictures of a football, a dog and a goose. Will the Note 10 plus be good for that? The goose will kick the ball to the dog and I want to take a cool action shot of that. Is the camera good for moving subjects/objects?

I traded my note 10+ for a S24 ultra. The Note 10+ was by far the best phone I ever used, and it was still snappy after 4.5 years. But the upgrade to the S24U was well worth it. The S24U is an upgrade in every regard. Camera, performance, battery, software. You name it. You feel and see the difference everywhere. And you get 7 years of software updates, which is the best feature of the phone. I am very happy with the S24U.
Its mad im typing this from my note 9 as my moto 2022 razor screen has just gone. But I have just picked up a note 10 plus due to apps like duo not working on mu note 9 and looking forward to getting it. For me I'm done with paying over £200 for a phone videos like this show how slow the mobile world now is.
I agree with you Matt. N10+ is still a very serviceable phone in 2024. I still have a sim in mine and I am enjoying the phone as much as I did in 2019.
In terms of design I find that the Note 10 plus is unrivaled. If in the future we can make “custom” Smartphones, I think this is the design I will choose. Although I like the designs of the S22 ultra and S23 Ultra. I even think I'm capable of buying a Note 10 Plus as a third Smartphone. Too bad it doesn't have a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
People are forgetting anti reflection screen and all the AI aswell as the new hardware makes the s24 a way better phone loads of extra features to mention in this message. I love my s10 plus legend phone. Biggest problem Samsung made was removing the sd card. People don't want to pay for cloud storage.
SD storage was OK back in the day but transfer speeds can't compare these days. There's a reason they don't use vinyl, CDs, VCR and all the other outdated storages. I store all my photos free on Amazon.... when I need them I download to a thumb drive or my M2 SSD in seconds.

I've had my note 10 plus for a year and a few months. And it's still fast and doesn't have any problems. Also it's crazy that I've never cracked any of my phones.
Note 10 + is still a great phone, loaded with features that are still excellent today, it is much thinner and lighter weight than S23/S24 Ultra but there are a few issues, Note 10+ has no 5G at least the one I had so I was really missing out on access to reception and antennas outside of cities, the faster screen refresh on the S23/S24 is a big deal and very noticeable, the age of the battery of Note 10+ mine was slowing down little by little after 5 years so a big boost with getting an S24 Ultra. The cameras, I take a lot of photos and it is better on the S24 Ultra nothing crazy but for sure noticeable, I was just on US 97 in Oregon and took some awesome shots of a double rainbow, it is good to have a nicer camera for those rare times in life that you can snap a shot you will use for many years to come.
I do notice this S-Pen on my S24 Ultra doesn't pop out as smoothly as my Note 10+ & S22 Ultra did. It just feels gritty & funky when pulling the S-Pen out.
A very wonderful phone and it compares to the iPhone 13 Pro Max and Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. It is amazing in performance, gaming and photography. What a phone ❤❤ I did not suffer from any problem until Android 14 was downloaded to it from one of the stores ❤🎉🎉🎉
Honestly the BEST video I've seen on UA-cam talking about these phones in comparison and in general. Thank you so much for the work and time you put in to put this video out for us!! I've had my note 10+ since it came put in 2019 and I just switched carriers so I'm getting a new phone with it and chose the s24 ultra because it seemed similar to what I've had for the last 5 years but wanted to try something different at the same time. I'm glad I decided on the s24 ultra because after watching your video I feel super confident I upgraded to my note 10+ twin flame 🤩
First of all, thank you for this comparison, I hope to see more such comparisons. Today I just ordered the new S24 Ultra and from what I see on the pictures side, the differences are so minor that you say it's the S10 Plus not the S24 Ultra. Unfortunately, my S10 plus is no longer doing so well on the battery side after 5 years and a few months but even so it's the best phone I've owned and I've had many flagship phones before this one.
For years i couldn't wait for the newest greatest phone, upgraded right away. Then the N10+ came along. I've had it since 2020 and for the first time the urge to upgrade has basically vanished. It's such a good phone. Been looking at the 24 Ultra and still can't quite justify getting it as the N10+ pretty much does everything I need a phone to do and does it all quite well.
brother, did you fake the camera test? the note 10 plus has a 2x telephoto, the s24u has 3x and 5x, how do they both switch lens at the same time in the video? the videos look the same on both, the panning, the stabilization, the way the lens switches, theres only a slight difference in color tone.... i have the note 10+ and the video isn't as good when panning around, the exposure shift and focusing is very much apparent
I love the Note 10 but the only downside to basically all galaxy phones is when having them for awhile "years" you start to notice the screen burn during a white screen
I thought about doing this upgrade, but then saw the side by side comparisons of the cameras. The difference is often hard to spot, even when you're looking for it. Make wise decisions people!
You're the only channel that actually tells the truth about these phones. Every other channel will tell ya the S24 Ultra is a MUST BUY. This channel shows in real life the difference between these phones is very little.
All the reviews all go on and on and on about chip speed (makes no difference for what I use it for) and cameras (which I rarely even use), colors (what do I care - I put a case on it) , AI (circle to search big deal), fancy glass names (again I don't care I have to put a screen protector on it anyway). But what about its basic function as a phone? They never even mention that. I returned the S24Ultra because the telephone sound quality on my old Note 9 was so much better. The S24Ultra sounded tinny, and low. Also the volume control didn't always work.
the only downside for note 10 is the battery drain or maybe its just because its a 2019 phone, but from the video alone around ( Phone Time: 11:11 / YT Video: 3:59) the battery were (85% Note 10) / (78% S24) then about 10-11 minutes (Phone time: 11:23 / YT Video: 5:12) battery on note 10 dropped to 81% whilst s24 was 77% its not that much big of a deal since its technically already like 4-5 years old phone. but for heavy users its not something i would recommend or maybe try to get its battery replaced
As of now ill be getting my pre ordered s24 ultra 512gb. Im still holding my note10+ for trade in later. This phone is a beast. Im sad to trade it but i think this is the best time while it has still a little bit of value.
Thank you so much for doing this - I have a note 10+ and it works well still, but the display is hard to read in the Daylight. but that is not enough to upgrade. So I needed to see more.
still contemplating on upgrading soon. my Note 10+ has never given me any problem, still works, and i can still use it on my work. i have had it for years, and it still works like new. oh, the hover gesture on the original pen does not work anymore, i just bought a 2nd hand pen - and now it is good as new again. i don't normally use it for games, just for photos and work.
I loved my Note 10+, but I just couldn't see the display or a movie when I was outdoors. I was shocked when I got the S22 Ultra! Now that I have the 24 Ultra? I'm even more shocked at just how bright this display gets. However, Samsung needs to give us a brightness setting for AOD, fix this Vivid Display Option (which doesn't really bother me) & I'm seeing green lines on some Carrier S24 Ultra displays. Which could come from dropping the phones or something. I'm seeing in Samsung Members that many 24 Ultra's are getting hot while charging while listening to music or doing something else while charging. I haven't noticed the last 2 issues, but hopefully, a software update will fix this stuff..
I had the note ten+, now have the s22 ultra, and in my usage it's easily as good as the s22ultra, the note ten is amazing it was such a vast leap above the note 9, which I still have as a backup wish I'd have kept the note10+ now 😢 great comparison video 👌
The flashy phone worked on me - I used Apple for 10 years before switching to Note 10+. I still use it daily and it still works and looks great. The colors offered now are depressing, and I think losing the curved screen is a poor design choice.
Thank you. Seems the main trend is to stick to the 10 for now. I'm kind of keen to find out how long I can hang onto it before changing. Going on 5 years soon
Been using note 9 for a long time then got note 10+about 2 years ago, upgrading to the s24 ultra now, haven't gotten a flagship early since the note 9 came out
i upgraded and man the note 10 plus is a beast i compared them and the screen is nearly identical in fact the note 10 beats it a bit in color bc the note 24 has an anti glare screen. But overall if you want to upgrade you wont be too disappointed. The note 24 is just a better version of the note 10 plus imo. If my screen wasnt cracked on the note 10 i wouldnt of upgraded. The s24 is a beautiful device tho dont get it twisted. Its faster and feels better in hand.
As someone who's coming from the note 10 plus to the s24u, it is worth it. I love the n10p but it's showing age and with no more security updates it's dangerous. And besides that look at all the unavailable features.
This was great. Love my Note 10. If I didn't have to trade it in I'd keep it too. It's funny getting a lot of money back for the trade in for a phone that's 5 years old still. This was a great review 💪🏿
Today got my s24 ultra, been using a note 10 plus for the past few years The s24 is definitely snappier but the note is still an amazing device for it's age, too bad Samsung didn't release anymore updates for it
Got a Galaxy note 10 plus, I have used it in every way possible, teared it down, repaired it, it's really good could be a really good budget phone for nowadays if you ain't looking for something special in phone but for me ngl I'd upgrade for the new updates, features performance.
My Note 10 plus was the best phone Samsung made and still isn't bad at all. If I hadn't got my S24 Ultra at a good price I would've stayed with my Note 10 plus.
I have a question I have a s20 plus unfortunately it unlocked Trying to save money I'm switching carriers. I'm trying to get a unlocked Samsung. I did find a really good deal on a Note10+ is it worth it? I really don't have the money to buy a new samsung device currently
back then note10plus 60hz screen is faster and smoother than iphone 12 promax's 60hz so note10plus is definitely on par or might be even better than current regular iphone line that has 60hz.
Not if it still works perfectly fine lol. People gotta remember that flagships have been packing overkill performance as far as most users are concerned for years now. If you're really itching to spend some money go buy some bitcoin before it hits a million instead haha. Not that its even necessary but for something like a note 10 but you can get a lot of extra good life out of a old flagship by de-bloating it and tweaks that reduce barely noticed animations etc. Theres GUI tools and guides out there that make this pretty easy. I'm definitely happy with my de-bloated S10e that has less features and RAM than a note 10, I'd imagine I'd be even more fine with that.
I have a Note 10 plus going on 4 years now and i WILL be getting a s24 ultra. Lack of Sd card support wont bother me because i will be buying the 512 version. The next chipset better camera and 7 years software support makes this a worthy upgrade over the Note 10 plus
I love my Note 10+, however I've been having connectivity & spam call issues the last few months. I called tech support and they said it "seems" to have started sometime after we received that final update last year & other people have been reporting similar issues!.. this might be a way to force us to upgrade!!😠:>>. Galaxy Note 10, Note 10 Plus dropped, no longer receiving updates September 08, 2023 Samsung has removed the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10 Plus from its security update scope page. Both devices have reached their end-of-life and will no longer find software support from Samsung.

i have the note 10+ and the video isn't as good when panning around, the exposure shift and focusing is very much apparent
Note 10 was way ahead of its time and also being samsung the display still rocks compared to the latest samsung flagship!
13:25 why does it look like the both videos are shot on the same phone🤔
exactly, i think its faked, the note 10 has 2x and the s24u has 3x and 5x, the lens shift at the same time in the video
@@asimmoideen5960 Exactly bro. You got the point
Thank you for this video... Ordered the ultra 24 just living the last days with my note 10 plus😢.
I love the Note 10 but the only downside to basically all galaxy phones is when having them for awhile "years" you start to notice the screen burn during a white screen
This! Screen burn and lack of security patches is why I'm upgrading... Sadly
How were you able to record with both phones simultaneously? Even zoom at the same time and from the same angle
Yeh I thought that too
I thought about doing this upgrade, but then saw the side by side comparisons of the cameras. The difference is often hard to spot, even when you're looking for it. Make wise decisions people!
I use the small note 10... 6.3.' display. still very snappy.
I am using Note 10 Plus until today, Android 14💥 UI 6.1 ROM, the device is a masterpiece until today, thank you
Can we expect a comparison video between the S24 Ultra and the S22 Ultra?
I think you've put the same camera clips from the S24 on the Note10+ comparison
Why are so called up grades worse than previous models for functionality I mean no memory card support I'll keep my note 10.
the only downside for note 10 is the battery drain or maybe its just because its a 2019 phone,
but from the video alone around ( Phone Time: 11:11 / YT Video: 3:59) the battery were (85% Note 10) / (78% S24) then about 10-11 minutes (Phone time: 11:23 / YT Video: 5:12) battery on note 10 dropped to 81% whilst s24 was 77%
its not that much big of a deal since its technically already like 4-5 years old phone. but for heavy users its not something i would recommend or maybe try to get its battery replaced
Thank you so much cause I was waiting for this. I am upgrading from my note 10 plus to the s24 ultra🥰
Same here
As of now ill be getting my pre ordered s24 ultra 512gb. Im still holding my note10+ for trade in later. This phone is a beast. Im sad to trade it but i think this is the best time while it has still a little bit of value.
I want this comparison
Although no SD card on newer ones
However, Samsung needs to give us a brightness setting for AOD, fix this Vivid Display Option (which doesn't really bother me)
& I'm seeing green lines on some Carrier S24 Ultra displays.
There seems to be a big difference in performance, so I'm using the Note 10 Plus, but in terms of performance, the S24 Ultra is still better~ 🇰🇷
Thank you. Seems the main trend is to stick to the 10 for now. I'm kind of keen to find out how long I can hang onto it before changing. Going on 5 years soon
s21+ vs google pixel 6 pro mathew please reply I have to order soon. Same price
S21+ if you want to more than just take pictures with your phone
Pixel 6 pro 💯 it still has 3 years of OS Updating also the camera kills Samsung
I have a note 10+ and an S23 Ultra currenlty.. Love em both!
Which would you recommend
THIS Note 10 comparison! Again! The Note 10 is legendary
Jerryrigeverything needs this.
As someone who's coming from the note 10 plus to the s24u, it is worth it. I love the n10p but it's showing age and with no more security updates it's dangerous. And besides that look at all the unavailable features.
did u really added pics/videos from s24 ultra or s10 ... note 10 cam seems better
This was great. Love my Note 10. If I didn't have to trade it in I'd keep it too. It's funny getting a lot of money back for the trade in for a phone that's 5 years old still. This was a great review 💪🏿
Today got my s24 ultra, been using a note 10 plus for the past few years
The s24 is definitely snappier but the note is still an amazing device for it's age, too bad Samsung didn't release anymore updates for it
i trade in my note10+ snap variant to s24U. 10 is a beast phone but the gap is huge and i think it is worth the upgrade
Got a Galaxy note 10 plus, I have used it in every way possible, teared it down, repaired it, it's really good could be a really good budget phone for nowadays if you ain't looking for something special in phone but for me ngl I'd upgrade for the new updates, features performance.
I finally upgraded to the s24 ultra. Used my note 10 plus for so long and it never let me down...but i dont regret the upgrade
over the years i never had Samsung and especially note series bought s24 ultra and i am glad of using it its perfect phone for me
Where can I get those wallpapers? They are Lit🔥🔥🔥
Is no more security patches a big deal or not really
You are fine as long as you stay off scam sites.
My Note 10 plus was the best phone Samsung made and still isn't bad at all. If I hadn't got my S24 Ultra at a good price I would've stayed with my Note 10 plus.
Got 15 pro max now but still use my Note 10+ along with it and love it!
How's the 15 pro max treating you? I'm still using my Note 10+ looking into upgrading soon due to the lack of updates
@@kendregab7328 It's really nice. Super fast and snappy. Very nice camera quality, specially the video quality is great. Overall a ncie experience.
@@kendregab7328 15PM is a beat of device. Super responsive, smooth and snappy! Really happy using it.
Still use the note 10+. Legendary
I have a question I have a s20 plus unfortunately it unlocked Trying to save money I'm switching carriers. I'm trying to get a unlocked Samsung. I did find a really good deal on a Note10+ is it worth it? I really don't have the money to buy a new samsung device currently
Is note 10 plus display is wider then s24 can someone pls tell..
I like the aura glow, but i miss it. And they didn't even bring back the Depthvision camera or 3d scanner feature.
back then note10plus 60hz screen is faster and smoother than iphone 12 promax's 60hz so note10plus is definitely on par or might be even better than current regular iphone line that has 60hz.
Note 10 plus came out in 2019 not 2009.I had one very nice .I have S20 ultra now .I am getting S24 ultra soon.
I have a Note 10 plus going on 4 years now and i WILL be getting a s24 ultra. Lack of Sd card support wont bother me because i will be buying the 512 version. The next chipset better camera and 7 years software support makes this a worthy upgrade over the Note 10 plus
I'M STILL USING NOTE 10 PLUS ^ ^
My note 10 screen just cracked from countless drops. Thinking about upgrading
In the same boat
Onlt thing I wish the note 10 plus had was a a straight edge, not the curved. Ither than that, I'm really happy with it.
Please do S10 plus vs s24 ultra
Does the note 10 come with 120hz if you go into settings and change it?
No
I bought my Note 10 (not plus) 2und hand in 2019 and still works perf.
I love my Note 10+, however I've been having connectivity & spam call issues the last few months. I called tech support and they said it "seems" to have started sometime after we received that final update last year & other people have been reporting similar issues!.. this might be a way to force us to upgrade!!😠:>>.
Galaxy Note 10, Note 10 Plus dropped, no longer receiving updates
September 08, 2023
Samsung has removed the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10 Plus from its security update scope page.
Both devices have reached their end-of-life and will no longer find software support from Samsung.
