I had the same problem. I’ve started “scorching” the cups before making my coffee. So I fill them with hot water and let them sit a minute, empty, then make my coffee. If I start with a hot cup, the coffee if warmer. The cold cup was making my coffee lukewarm.
Terrible. Anyone who makes cappuccino knows that you must pour the espresso before the milk. Otherwise, you are losing the espresso flavor....this espresso machine definitely belongs in the trash can.
