Greetings from India, I came here after listening to Dr.James Bratt's short interview about FDR bio (A christian nd a democrat) FDR too was rich but my God how different was his life of Providence from these shallow rich (faith positions do matter)...nd how desperately Britain/our countries need one like him now. Cameron is good too but...
There’s something in us which often routes for the underdog. We do it in sport. But politicians often do it in a fake way and the public can often tell.
Love of money is the root of all evil. We sit here looking at everyone through the lense of wealth forgetting often that it is the wealthiest who have it harder to enter into heaven than a camel does to enter into the eye of a needle. And what is this world worth if we leave it without Christ? Seems like christians today have forgotten that money is a means that can be used to spread the gospel and rather have begun to see it in the same way as the world.

Well said!
Very good indeed
The irony is the most privileged are often the ones least likely to recognize their deep need and lack. The first will be last.
Brilliant. Once again.
Thanks Glen for the reality check "what if I'm weak and so are you, and what if I'm privileged and so are you ..."
That was a reality check, great stuff
Well Starmer's dad at least made one tool...
I was thinking the same
Such wise words, thank you.
