I think Fairfield still has $5 falafel sandwich,in my area after 5pm is $1 chicken wings.Many Asian places do cheap noodles/buns&would be worth researching bargain days in different venues. I used to get $1 lunch with dessert in club years back. I know toasties can be cheaper and worth having apps&if sharing BabaWu's&some pork rolls&lebanese pizzas still around $5 If you guys can find $5 healthy meals around Sydney you will be everyone's heros but perhaps $6 more realistic,cheers
$5 healthy meals, now that is a challenge! Do you know the name of the fairfield place with the $5 falafel sandwich, that sounds great and we will be heading to Fairfield. We know a place in Manly that does $8 toasties (Dolce Terra) and that is one of the cheapest/best value spots in the area. Thanks for all your suggestions!
@BucketListTravellers Honestly,healthy under $10 is more realistic,have you watched Syd Food Boy as he covers a lot especially in western Sydney and will be interesting to see how the new Chinatown in Leichhardt compares to Burwood,also some venues do deals per day of week. Buffet wise Merrylands RSL used to be better than others for pricing but has been a while so I must pop back one day.
