I work at a pharmacy and there is an IV room...No interactions, just me and my work and a machine making this noise...peace...No drama, no problems I know what I gotta do and how to do it and I love knowing I'm getting paid for something so easy.....This sound is heaven and an escape for me...
Love that shit, some people wouldn't. Happy for you.
I used to work overnights and would put on music in the iv room and just vibing out all night…
@@JayJayAre252 the hospital that laid me off after 4 years would let me use ear buds...the hospice IV place I'm at doesn't...I'll make due
@@JayJayAre252 phone in room isn't sterile (policy) radio although is if stationed there and whipped down...
We have a computer sterilized and kept in our clean room. It wasn't put in there for music, but we're allowed to use it for streaming.
This reminds me of lying down on the back seat of my dads car in the 1960’s and listening to the road sounds. I always fell asleep trying to guess where we were on our route home. This is so soothing.
Awww, that's a beautiful memory ❤️ Thank you so much for sharing 😊 I have similar memories myself!
i love reading about peoples memories like this. there is a lot of comments about memories under videos like this; we all correlate sounds to so many different things and i think it's a very precious thing. thank you for sharing.
I enjoyed your memory. That is precious 💜 we were all that kid, at some time ☺️✌️
So relaxing!
Yes, thank you for that.❤ I did that too.😊
It helps and I feel like I'm in a giant seashell and nothing ever mattered.
you ok?
@@zepfrog 😂😂
Nothing ever did matter
It IS the sound inside a seashell 🐚
Gives me feelings of sleeping on a big space craft like Star Trek or something. ❤
exactly!
No no. You just entere Sauron's huge cave inner sanctum, deep in Mordor
This reminds me of when my parents would take me on a drive to calm me down at night because I was having sensory overload. I can close my eyes and see the trees passing by while I'm in the back seat, with the moon light covering patches of grass it can reach.
I needed to be able to remember that, thanks
What a beautiful memory ♥️ Wishing you many more nights of peaceful sleep!
Bless your parents for loving you! ❤️☺️❤️
ya that's so nice to hear. wish u happy days.
I work on a cat farm and every night I play this sound for my herd of cats in the field and they all settle down and take their rest. Works like a charm and finally let's this tired cat Sheppard get some sleep. 😊
What is a cat farm?
@@user-bn8dw6or3n exactly my first thought too
I needed that laugh!
Omg that's great 😂😂
A. Cat . Farm ?? Are they like rescues? We would love more details please
maybe this is so nice because its the first way we heard sound in the womb :-)
Fetuses in the womb can hear outside noises. Also it wouldn’t sound like this even if they couldn’t. Fetuses can hear the heartbeat and other organ functions, like intestines and lungs.
Sure Jan 🙄
@@Illusivem8ne It could be true. Humans also have a born instinct thing called "mammalian dive reflex" , which activates when underwater and slow your heartbeat. This allowed swimming mammals extra time to hold their breath underwater, as the slowed heartbeat consumed less oxygen.
@@orrissirrowhat does that have to do with hearing in the womb
@@BunnyArisu I believe it would sound like this but with some grumbly noises, gurgles, heart beat and muffled sounds of voices, dogs barking, music, etc.
Reminds me of a long road trip to montana to see my sister when i was younger. It was snowing harshly and i remember this sound as our car drove through the snow and over the hills. I remember being sprawled out in the backseat, but stuffed insidee a sleeping bag listening to the radio on our way there. It was so peaceful. Seeing the snow tipped evergreeens and feeling the way the road moved. Calming memory
reminds me of falling asleep in the back of my parent's car on the way back from grandma's house at night. so relaxing
YAAASSS….!!!!
I shall taste the cinnamon in my sleep through my ear holes

This is the best sound ever. I have just woken up from 7 hours of solid sleep. The low pitch is perfect. So many hours. No annoying jumpy adverts either.. im going back to sleep now. Thank you ❤
😴 I'm so pleased you are enjoying this! I wish you many more nights of restful sleep! ❤️ 🤞
@sound_asleep_asmr I've used many different sounds for sleep. I esp like brown. But this one is BY FAR the best sound ever! The pitch is just *MWAH* (Chef's kiss)
@@Leonicles Thank you so much ❤️
Thank you so much for not putting ads in!
I have misophonia and this is just the perfect pitch, it's super soothing and doesn't trigger me😴
That's wonderful to hear! Thank you for sharing. I'd never heard of that before ❤️
Me too. It makes 99 out of a 100 narrators on here unbearable.
@michaell.445 I relate to that so well. I have bad misophonia and am also slowly losing my hearing, it's hard to find narrators that I enjoy listening to and can actually understand.
I feel like mine is getting worse , I developed it in the past 3 years. I went from being around people all of the time to being alone most of the time and one day my husband was eating with his mouth closed and I wasn't just annoyed. I felt pure disgust and I wanted to say horrible things to him and I knew that wasn't normal. Then I started being annoyed by more and more sounds, talking, my dog walking around, EVERYTHING.. I just shut myself in the room and put blankets over my face, headphones, meditation, the brown noise, and this here is great.
This is heaven for me suffering with insomnia
I was prescribed to listen to sound like this. It is soothing and relaxing, it takes the ringing away .
Feel like I'm on a long soothing train journey when I hear this.
Me too
I really like this noise. It has that "industrial machine" vibe to it. Almost like I'm on an airplane or riding in a car. Some of these higher-pitched sounds really trigger my anxiety so I really appreciate the silky smoothness of cinnamon. ❤
Thank you so much. I really appreciate it. ❤️ 😊 I wish you the best!
Yes I agree. Airplane vibes I get from this sound.
This feels so cozy like the feeling you get when your sat down at Christmas you have just opend presents and finished the best Christmas meal you have ever had and now your sat down watching a Christmas movie wile everyone is around you with a nice warm hot chocolate. That is the feeling this noise gives 😌
I want this again
Wow
I AM LAUGHING SO HARD! I FEEL ALL THOSE DETAILS! GNITE!
Some of my fondest memories are of the very same scenarios. Christmas Eve at my grandparents and the huge wild Christmas Day party my parents tossed every year. Them days are long gone but the memories are still vivid, and will last until I am long gone.
I really miss all the great food too. 😂
great Scott! I am hearing cinnamon!
This quickly became my favorite video to fall asleep to. Something about it makes me think about being on an airship - it's like there's a subtle engine hum in the background. It's fantastic.
While smokin it feels like I'm lifting out my body . 😊in the air in a space
are there any ads in this video?
an airship hmm?
The distant sound of a barking dog a couple of times, the mower way off in the distance, a chirp from a bird from time to time and this is my childhood…if only we could add smell to this channel. The open windows of the first cooler day of fall where you can smell the peace.
cinnamon smell
I'm getting warm sun, lying in the backyard, traffic in the distance. Mower in the distance. Smell of fresh cut grass.
I have a bunch of these color noises saved in a playlist; they do help a little with my tinnitus.
I have tinnitus, and it drives me crazy! 😫 I have to have background noise pretty much all the time. I prefer the green noise when I’m trying to sleep.
I just have misophonia and insomnia, the aquamarine noise knocked me OUT!! I put it on and next thing I know I'm waking up trying to figure out what happened
@@rosebud6485 thanks! I will try the green noise out. I just learned about these color noises a few months ago. So, I have been trying them all out.
Thanks for the idea! Started a sleep playlist too.
Yup, I have a sleep meditation followed by brown or orange noise. Those sound the best from my phone speakers. I'm liking this cinnamon sound too.
It's deliciously soothing with some notes of cinnamon spice. Peaceful yet powerful.
Very soft indeed. Feels like being on a spaceship 🚀
And how many spaceships have you travelled on?
Cinnamon and ginger sound amazing together.
This sound is supremely soft & silky, perfect for anyone & perfect for those who prefer something delicate 💞
This sound feels like I’m blocking out the world❤
Oof this one's creepy haha. It lit up a part of my brain that said NOPE. I find it fascinating how different frequencies elicit different responses in different people. Excellent quality as usual!
Yep. That's what I'm getting too. Yeek.
oooh, can you explain more? I am fascinated!! what noise doesn't feel creepy?
Yea this sound is creepy. It's that faint consistently changing thruming offset by the airflow sound, but can't quite place why it makes it creepy.
Weirdly it also makes my tinnitis worse, where most of these brown/white noises hide it.
Strange, I find it incredibly soothing.
@@justinroberts7291reminds me of night flights, very relaxing, Definitely not spooky
It's 1979.
I live inside a warm pool of liquid and simply float around all the time. I don't know how long I've been here, in this very small yet secure pool. All of my needs seem to be met in this 'water world' as I don't seem to ever require anything. I don't know how I got here or if my life will always be like this. I use my sense of hearing, or feel vibrations to connect with, and to understand my world. I can hear a constant rhythmic beat.
I feel a deep and profound connection to this rhythmic beat. It seems to say to me that I am not alone, and that everything is just right. When it's steady and slow-which it most often is-I feel calm and peaceful. When it becomes fast I can be become quite anxious though.
I always hear(or feel?) voices throughout the day. Sometimes deep voices, sometimes loud voices, but one gentle voice seems to never be far from me. It makes me feel secure and peaceful, just like the rhythmic beating.
At times I wonder what is going on and what I'm doing here, but most of the time I just feel safely secure in my being and connection to that most peaceful voice, and to the great rhythm.
And somehow I feel deep comfort and connection with all that is-whatever 'what is' may be.
Time for sleep.
i love this so much
Thank you for the absence of ads- this is wonderful
This tickles my brain perfectly thank you
So pleased to hear! 😁
This helped me fall asleep and stay asleep, so it’s a winner in my book. Other sounds I’ve tried seem to help me fall asleep, but then I’m wide awake in three or four hours. Thank you!
Oooooh... nice. So soft... extra soft light warm brown noise. Thank you!
What is the difference between brown noise and white noise?

I've listened to a lot if your other sounds at night. However, this one gives me the best sleep I've had in ages. On other nights, while listening to this one, I've had some of the biggest dreams with cinnamon sound.
This sound has texture! It feels as though I'm on the ferry, travelling to Newfoundland, 🇨🇦. I feel the ship's props slicing through the water & hear the vibration of the steel of the ship.
Thank you for this memory sensation.❤️
Wow, this is Cinnamon? It makes me think of those still winter nights when everyone was asleep and the sound of the distant train could be heard from where I was cozy in bed. These days the noise pollution makes it hard to hear even on quiet cold nights, but this is perfect. It's also a bit like sleeping in a plane or in the backseat of the car! All good memories for me.
Great description ❤️ ❤️
I DONT KNOW WHAT IT IS BUT THIS SOUND IS PROBABLY THE MOST SOOTHING AND RELAXING SOUND I'VE EVER HEARD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!! THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤❤❤❤
Wow. Thank you so much. I'm truly humbled. It's these sort of wonderful comments that keep me going 😊
@@sound_asleep_asmr this is great. I started using these noise videos lately because my neighbours are attacking me with a noise technique . So to block these reaching me I put these noise videos together with my ANC headphone. This one is really softer, and queer in the good sense. It feels so great to the ears. the other noises have a tiring impact on my ears. this is really at peace with my ears. i think my ears are saying thank you right now because i made them go through tough times.
The reading voice in my head yelled this whole comment. Ty I needed that laugh

I know what I’m listening to tonight. 😴
Let me know if you like it! 🙂
I moved into a new house in November of last year and my room is super duper quiet. I've fallen asleep to this and stayed asleep more consistently than any other sound
✈️ A memory :
Flying over western Canada and looking at skymap, on a 13 hr flight from Narita to New York. A lot of angst and planning, my luggage’s all stashed, got a window seat on the bulkhead, leg-room... Just drifting with this sound, until landing and life goes back to hectic...
Thanks for posting this.
Aww I'm so pleased it's unlocked a memory. Hopefully a pleasant one ❤️
OMG. I slept passed 3am. I actually woke up when my alarm went off. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
You're so welcome! Glad you were able to get some great sleep ❤️ 😴
I just found out what Cinnamon noise is. I love it. ❤❤
I love the color concepts you use in your thumbnails. This chapter was awesome can't wait for the next.
Bless you! Thanks so much, I really do appreciate the feedback ❤️
I fell asleep earlier with my headphones in my ears, and my phone on my chest. I woke up in that exact position 8 hours later. Beautiful sleep, best sleep I've had in so long
😴 that's so great to hear! ❤️
I like the rain in the background⛈️
I can feel the spice in my ears
This is the best one so far for my pulsatile tinnitus. Thank God for this video. It really helps beyond knowing. I’ve been suffering with this for 4 years. Good days and bad days constant buzzing and thumping every six seconds i hear this thump. Some days i think i’m going crazy. Hope they find a cure someday. God Bless you all who suffer from this.
Sorry to hear about your struggles. Sending much peace, love and healing your way ❤️ 😴
This helps me sleep every night
Thank you for this. I enjoy sleeping sound every night with the help of this channel.

Most of the sleep music are so loud even when you put in lowest volume and you stay awake, this one just really blocks every thought and mind chatter ❤
Ah, to be on the Enterprise again...
Wow. Another flavor of noise i didnt know existed.
so if you were an ant standing inside a cinnamon stick on a windy day this is what it would sound like? 🤔

The cinnomon applies to frequency a range like a ' slogan'.
But if you must, i insist; I'll play my brown noises for you all night, as the pink pink noises drift in and out with a gin and tonic 😮

Thank you so much. Hopefully, you slept well using it! 😴
Omg, this is the best one so far, like being in an airplane.
Thank you! 😊
Ok, I'm not sure how you got here with cinnamon 😂
But considering cinnamon is certainly a tasty & healing blessing, it makes sense.
I have a traumatic brain injury and I usually sleep with headphones set at a hz or subliminal. Rain is often my background of choice, but this rojo moreno treat sent me directly to the wondrous hum of a plane, then I set my hz to 7.83 and bam, I was sent directly to the inner depths of mother earth.
This was amazing & definitely being added to my sleep playlist👏✨💖🏆

I know exactly what you mean! 😃
When it's silent at night it feels like the world stopped and is looking for every little move and noise I make but having noise play gives me that feeling of peace, knowing that time isn't dreadfully waiting on me and that I can breathe and just be 🥰 The noise also helps drown out my thoughts which would keep me up otherwise

I rlly like the super low pitched colour noises usually but this is rlly nice thank u for this :)
I was curious if "Cinnamon Noise" is a special "genre" of brown/white noise and it pleasently surprised me to learn you created this using actual cinnamon. Awesome idea and great result. It really adds another level, at least in my mind :D
My favorite time of day is cinnamon noise time.
I LOVE CINNAMON NOISEEEEE
It is midnight at the laundromat and you are the last person there waiting for your clothes to dry. The clerk is nowhere in sight. You smell cinnamon from the bakery next door. The baker has started his work-day while you have just finished your shift.
