Our dog is terrified of thunderstorms and so far this video is the only one that drowns them out. We put it on our TV, computer, all over the house during a storm. The dog happily sleeps through the storm. Thank you.

@sleepsoundshd3606 yep know exactly what you mean by not being able to shut off your brain/mind...sooo mentally draining😔 but i think personally this noise is kinda draining out all the worry, anxiety & maybe even rumination that's going around your head. The noise is taking over what's going on inside your mind, therefore you're relieved, then the mind is at ease 🙂👍 hope this explains a bit...
Happened to be like that for me last night. I had awoken after 3 hours of sleep. My pillow wasn’t comfortable etc. anxiety was setting in being today is a Monday morning meeting. All sorts of shifts.

This is the ONLY way I can sleep when my husband snores like a freight train like he is right now lol! I’ve used this for months now and it never fails! I put my phone on my pillow by my head and a pillow over my ear to make a sound chamber of sorts!

I used to use white noise (only one particular video seemed to help), then out of curiosity I tried other colors. Of them all, brown noise was intriguing and pleasant, so I listened to a few other channels, then came across this one. As soon as it played, I took an involuntary deep breath and said 'Oh!' -- This is the one for me. Thank you so much!

I was doubtful. I have tried several others. I sleep with multiple pets in the bed, so movement and noise are always an issue. I use Fitbit to track my sleep. First night - noticable improvement in sleep score. It looks like everyone (me and pets) all slept peacefully with this playing. Will definitely be trying again.

Deep brown noise and deep red noise are my favorites. White noise is too high...these are just right! Makes me feel very calm.

This sounds a lot like the tinnitus in my left ear but not as loud as the tinnitus in my inner right ear which goes up to eleven.
DON’T LISTEN TO THIS! Loud commercials will wake you up in the middle of your sleep, defeating the purpose of listening to get good rest.
