Hi, I want to change letterSpacing of text nodes at run time. I am developing a plugin that checks the text nodes spacing. But I am not able to change the it. is there any way or example you could share?

What exactly are you not able to change? Here are the docs for letterSpacing:

Is the a way to preserve vector format instead converting into a .png ?

Not really. You can only turn the vector into a component and then duplicate it a bunch of times in a grid. Then you can edit the main component all all instances would reflect changes. This is used in my Pattern Making Kit file: figma.fun/K1vk65 for previews.
