Hi Mardav. Thanks for the kind words. The Figma Community file (see video description) has a FigBlog with some additional insight. I have a tutorial planned for illustrating in Figma. Lots of layering and masking was used.
Thanks for the great texture hack. I subscribed to your channel and liked your video. I did a gradient fill going from 20% black on top to 0% black on the bottom and applied the inner shadow effect like you, 0,0,0,500 Spread and it gives the same texture. So cool! Thanks.

I was in search of a glassmorpic design with some textures in it, to my surprise it is perfectly working, but I wonder if it can be developed by developers, if the same characretistics will work for dev as well
Yes, it is very quick. FFWD to 02:22 and 02:59 to see the grain texture appear. If you need more control and effects, there is a plugin called "Noise & Texture" here www.figma.com/community/plugin/1138854718618193875/Noise-%26-Texture

Confirmed that it sill works. The gradient fill UI has been updated, but this hack still works.
