To all the dealers of CSC and the Management of CSC this is good that you have got the interchange.
And now this the time period when you have to facilitate your customers to come and stay in the capital smart city this is only possible when you give them possession and remove the extra charges in any form we have paid the full amount of our villas in June 2023 in all with all the changes and now after 18 months they realised that they have asked to pay mumty charges or in the sence of extra square feet charges and some other bulshit. This is very shameful moment for the Management and Dealers because they are not interested to help those people who are giving them business.

Villas owner ko bht zyada society praishan kr rahi hai kbi inki unfair policies me escalation charges lg jatay hai or ab mumty charges k naam pr hm se12 se 15 lac demand kiye jarahe hai jo hmay bilkul b manzoor nai ye charges already inkay payment plan me included thi or abi tk hmay villas b handover nai kye jbkay 2022 me hm se full payment advance me lee gye

Not only Files issue on minus . There are more serious issues. Csc did not own their words and commitment with smart villas. Overseas are suffering and angry with CSC Management. 6 year finishing and smart villas still not hand over to the real investors overseas. After taken 100% payment in October 2022 . Now they are asking more extra payment with name of mumty, stairs , square feet . Which unfair and unjustified. They are losing their credibility. Overseas not going to trust any more .
