For me it’s about the control I get and pushing yo get things done and celebrating achievement of milestones. I have been in this career for 10 years and can’t think of doing anything different. Great thought you have there. Thanks
My job in the Marine Corps was an simple Heavy Equipment operator. After 11 years in the service, my job transitioned from an operator to a manager, now I'm looking more a project manager related roles. So I'm getting into this field. Since I'm in the construction field, I learned that I'm looking for a more of a traditional PM rather than agile PM.
I want to transition into Project management. I have a diverse background in managing projects from various jobs. But I know this is the career I want to go into. I’ve been looking for a mentor to help guide me
Great video. How strong is the CAPM in getting a PM? This is where I'm going to start. I have a background in UX Design and Frontend Dev put want to move into PM

@sillymadeupusername No worries! And thanks for letting me know. I kinda figured it was for extroverts, especially since you have to communicate with the team, etc. Thanks again for your response 🙂

The CAPM will help get entry level project management roles. The PMP is always the best option if you meet the qualifications.
