My job in the Marine Corps was an simple Heavy Equipment operator. After 11 years in the service, my job transitioned from an operator to a manager, now I'm looking more a project manager related roles. So I'm getting into this field. The CAPM will help get entry level project management roles. The PMP is always the best option if you meet the qualifications.

Would you say becoming a PM is a desirable role for extroverts or introverts? I’m an introvert but actually interested in looking more into pivoting from customer service to PM.
