Nice to see how Filipinos, not foreigners , are successful through their hardwork. Proud of them.
Dapat may hairnet, gloves at uniform talaga.
Malinis pa ang Angel's Burger at Minute Burger of food preparation kasi meron silang plastic gloves at hairnet. Pero yes, this concept will changed the food industry.
The first thing that I noticed in the kitchen ay yung mga cook hindi nag wear nang hairnet. Sanitation is number one in food preparation area and the bread should be cook in separate pan.

Kudos to you Mam, for coming up to a good answer esp for those who wish to franchise.
Hello sir, I enjoyed watching this particular vlog where you featured "Eggstop". You have selected a really good content to share with your viewers. I noticed lang po na while you were in the kitchen with Ms Hazel and the crew, wala po kayong gamit na face mask or face shield. I commend the kitchen crew for observing & practicing this safety & healthy protocols by using their respective face masks while working. However, it was also noticeable na while you were in the kitchen talking to the crew and have gotten close to the food being prepared, wala pa din Po kayong gamit na face mask/shield. I did not feel comfortable about it. Dapat hands on kayo sa business regardless kung big or small business pa yan.. Ang food business ay magdedepende parin yan sa knowledge/skills mo how to handle a business, location, target market, price, quality/taste and marketing. Hindi porket gumana or umasenso yung iba, ganun din mangyayari sa inyo.. hindi porket may system kana binili eh aasa ka nalang dun sa franchise model then papabayaan mo nalang. My honest opinion and advice as a food business franchisee owner (Milk tea with takoyaki) Before you franchise, ask these ff. questions sa franchisor or any food franchise na interested kayo: (Lahat ito karapatan nyo malaman, hindi pwedeing i-disclose or i-secret ito) 1. Royalty fee (dapat 4% below lang, the lower the better much better pag wala) 2. Food costing, Cost of goods and profit margin per product (dapat pakita ito sa inyo upfront yung breakdown computation, hindi pwede verbal lang, dapat may hard copy kayo) 3. ROI computation sample (Para alam nyo yung target sales and daily quota nyo, mas maganda kung meron sila pakita sa inyo actual study sa existing company owned or galing sa franchisee) 4. Commissary support of raw materials or kung pwede mag outsource for cheaper alternative 5. Constant staff training sa main branch (hindi pwede 1 time or 1 day training lang) 6. Alamin nyo ilan yung currently operating stores nationwide and saan naka locate (para hindi mag conflict or madivide ang target market) 7. Kilalanin nyo maigi yung company owners like their company background and how they handle their existing and other businesses they have. Talk to their franchisees as many as you can (kung pwede putnahan nyo mga shop nila and pag aralan). Ask their experience with the company, kung profitable ba talaga yung business, kung meron support binibigay si franchisor, how the franchisor handle the delivery of raw materials, marketing support, transparent ba sila sa lahat, may knowledge ba yung staffs nila etc. Most of the time, mga baguhan na Food company na nagexpand to franchising.. wala sila pakialam sa franchisees. Ang franchise model is also an Economies of scale.
I salute you for having informing us.

Most of the time, mga baguhan na Food company na nagexpand to franchising.. wala sila pakialam sa franchisees.
Ang franchise model is also an Economies of scale. (Another term dyan is leveraging)
I salute you for having informing us.
