Never let your guard down is excellent advice, most accidents I have witnessed are due to complacency. I can go into 'autopilot' mode if doing a lot of repetitive cuts and get bored, speeding up the work to get it done sooner-making me less mindful of the saw blade. Dangerous habit, and I often catch myself doing it..

The English subtitles are very helpful for me! Thanks for that and your interesting videos! It's great that you're making videos regularly again after your move! Warm greetings from Germany

There are safer alternatives available: make the first cut on the floor with a guide rail + plunge saw or get a sliding table saw+lift table. no more back ache. Just tilt the wood on the table and use the sliding table with minimal force. no need for "outfeed tables", heavy lifting, balancing acts, fear of kickback, fear of cutting yourself,,all safety features like a wedge, a protective hood and even a technology which retracts the blade without damaging it are already available to commercial users. The problem with gloves: when they get caught in a rotating tool like a saw, planer, router it will pull you had into the cutter or rip you fingers off your hand. How do I know? I am a woodworker myself and emergency doctor.

I’m a little weaker since I’m a tiny female 😢 I setup my wood stack right next to my table saw and move big pieces to the edge of the saw slowly and lift the other side of the wood and just push it😅seeing you lift the big piece like that blown my mind 😮

if there are physical difference, I recommand plung saw before table saw. that will make it more efficient.
