Very unique and very Amazed Architecture Work, basically the Speaker has messed up of drawing room into a Bed Room. It's basically a Drawing Room with outer attached powder Room (Very Right Side) then Left Side is Dining Room & again Left Side is Laundge or TV Room. Basically Ground Floor having Only One Bed Room and Basement is also having One Bedroom and First Floor having 3 Bedrooms. Basement 1 Room is Home theater only for 5 Persons & Ground Floor having 1 Drawing+Powder & 1 Dining & 1 TV Laundge.
However Asad Mess up Ground Floor Drawing with Bedroom.
OK let me tell you, this kind of Architecture Work, i haven't seen in My entire Life, if this works demand 100 Carors, then really worth mentioning. I think as per Land Covered area & precious place F7 Islamabad and Wondering Architecture Work is suitable Price 50 Carors ❤❤❤❤❤ 100 out of 100 Marks from My Side ❤️🌹❤️🌹❤️🌹❤️ Asad please make a video with Complete Home work and do not make a movie in one Go,,,, Take a Study then Start. Your mistake and others Millions are on Stake 😢

Amazing Iconic Home I loved it ❤
The architect has messed up the layout .. the dining room is before the drawing room .the bedroom has no wardrobes, and the toilet, which is actually a powder room, is outside the room, so it is totally disconnected. There is no TV lounge for the family downstairs. The architect has failed to deliver an efficient layout . F7 is the best sector in Islamabad, and this house should have been exceptional, but I don't know why the owners don't use experienced architects who have travelled and understand what is trending now .. The price is OK considering the prime F7 sector .. Good tour, Assad, but if I am paying 50 crores, then I need a wow factor, which is completely missing, unfortunately ..

I am watching from multan..house is extremely beautiful. But they missed the elevator. If there is someone old then how is he going to enjoy the pool or other stories of the house.
Worst above all is to keep these houses cool during summers because of the open double heighted spaces.

You enter 500 million rupees home and what U see....a kitchen! Like seriously dude? And same is the story for basement and even the first floor! Come on man.
The first bedroom on ground floor is a joke,no wardrobes, no attached bathroom...and interestingly Mr Asad is calling this powder room as bathroom for bedroom, it's not small.... powder room is supposed to be this size.
Dining room before drawing room? I'm confused...both things are out of place.
Where is the living space for first floor?
Too much of wastage of space, unnecessary Hallways and what's with that cupboard next to master bed on ground floor?... horrible Design.
At least make a proper changing/ shower space next to the pool! Where is anti skid material around the pool? How deep is it? Asad leaves out a lot of details. Geysers placed out so openly and badly like in any 5 Marla house...no finesse.
The first bedroom shown in basement...again NO WASHROOM OR closet space? Is that even a bedroom...Asad claimed it to be a 7 bed house! 2 beds without cupboards and washrooms. Lol.
The third bedroom in basement....You FORGOT TO SHOW!
First floor again as boring as the rest of house but a bit better...thanks to the washroom with sunlight.
A few details u didn't tell... Are the windows double glazed PVC? are the walls and roof heat treated and insulated? There is no solar system in the house..which is very bad. Are there options for water harvesting? WHERE IS THE UTILITIES ROOM?

Seriously ye khaee se 50cr ka ni lag ra 2 kanal fully furnished average price is 40 to 45 cr then why its worth is 50 cr.
This house is not elegant or anything special in this House and overpriced. If you're building house in F- 7 Islamabad, you must hired a professional designer and professional builder.
