@@tentax1210is it easy to the 25 word phrase? I’ve never used that feature before. Never available on the wallets before. Okay, maybe it’s not so bad everyone seems to be making it out to be. I’m not using my wallet everyday - nor am I needing to use it for hours on end - so as long as I get battery life, I’m good with it. Can the batteries be replaced?
A 25th word is easy to use. You just enable the feature and enter your own unique word which creates a new (hidden wallet) with new receiving addresses. Just make sure to not lose this word, because it effectively becomes a part of your seed phrase. And yes, the battery drains quickly. As I stated in the video, the device is still useable, and there are things you can do to reduce battery consumption, but don’t expect it to last more than a few hours when using it. As I said, Onekey will be releasing a firmware update to hopefully optimize battery life by reducing power consumption.
Hopefully, I'm not OT. I'm searching for a hardware wallet with the possibility to add a note to each transaction. In my opinion, it's very helpfully to get an overview of the history of the transactions. Exodus supports this function, but I'm looking for a hardware which supports this function, too.
Awesome! Would love to hear what you think of it too. It’s good, but it seems like Onekey still has some things to work out before it’s a great product.
No travel cases for this one. If you want a hardware wallet for traveling, I can’t recommend Tangem enough. Here’s my 1 year review if you’re interested: ua-cam.com/video/bPZpzjJl3ts/v-deo.htmlsi=FPxqn6ZS7Rt-2dx1
Man now I have to ask. What do you have against cold card? Unless I'm blind I can't find a single Coldcard related video on your channel, yet I find videos of wallets I've never even heard of before. What's the scoop? Just biased against them or BTC only wallets in general?
@@cyberscrilla Fair enough. I respect your opinion and being honest about it but I will say I've never met someone who isn't into BTC, but IS into altcoins. In my experience you either have BTC maxis (myself), or BTC and altcoin holders. But altcoin maxis are new to me! :) But now I'm even more curious. What is it about BTC that you don't like?
It’s not that I don’t like BTC. There’s just massive upside in meme coins. It’s unlikely you’ll find a 100 or 1000x in an alt coin right now. But it does happen with memes.
@@cyberscrilla At any rate, your reviews are top notch, and very well put together. So I look forward to those. Cheers man! Appreciate the civil discourse with differing opinions. Hard to come by on the interwebz these days!
Keystone 3 Pro, although slightly more complicated, is more of a finished product. The battery is better and the air gap works better. Onekey Pro seems unfinished at this point (Keystone did the same thing when they launched the 3 Pro) so I’m hopeful Onekey’s Pro will only get better over time. But Onekey does have their native app whereas Keystone doesn’t. If you really want air gap, keystone is better at this point. If you want a more user-friendly wallet with a native app to manage your crypto all in one place, I think the Onekey Pro is better.
Awesome review! Thanks! Quick question, so I’ve been sending and also my wife to my cold wallet, and all of a sudden I see an unknown deposit to my cold wallet from an unknown address in amount of 0. Is my wallet compromised from a scam? I’m abit worried. Thanks.
Thank you. And you’re fine. Just don’t interact with anything random sent to your wallet. Anyone can send anything to your wallet because your address is public. I have hundreds of random tokens that have been sent to me. As long as you don’t interact with them you’re good.
Forgive my uneducated question, but does the OneKey run on an Android operating system? If so, does this pose any risk with Android debug attacks if it ended up in the wrong person's hands?
Hello Cyber Scrilla, I have a knack for technology. What is the best, most efficient and secure Cold Wallet that will give me more longevity? Keystone 3 Pro, OneKey Pro or Ellipal Titan 2.0?
I wish you didnt have to use an app with it? Why dont all wallets just let you use them with the wallet of your choice instead. I want to use electrum or sparrow or something and no need for ledger live or trezor app or whatever the others are called.
@@cyberscrilla so the problem I'm having is that on the app it shows my nfts but it doesn't give me an option to "collect" to device or send to device as the faq keeps telling me, it even gives me the old interface of the app.
I wouldn’t be so dead set on using an air-gapped device if your only goal is increased security. Research shows that air-gapped devices aren’t much more secure than a non-air-gapped device, if it all. Malicious data can still be transmitted even through QR codes. For security, I’d look for something that is user friendly. You’re less likely to make costly mistakes with a user friendly wallet. Along with a wallet that offers industry standard security features (Secure Element Chip, PIN protection, 24 word seed, and passphrase). If you don’t like this wallet, look into: - Onekey Classic 1S - Trezor Safe 3 or Safe 5 - Ledger Flex All great options in my opinion.
This thing is a fingerprint magnet.....oh my gosh....you handle this thing after 2 mins and it looks like you dipped it in cooking oil with all the grease on the aluminum portion.
It might be made in China, but it’s still good enough to receive an EAL6 certification. That speaks for itself. They don’t just give those out you know
I love the design and the software. But i found two issue which makes me skip this hardware wallet. 1: $278 is alot overpriced since it has only 530mah battery because keystone has 1000mah and cost only $149. You could also compare it with ngrave which cost $100 more and has 1200mah battery. So yes it is alot overpriced. 2 issue: you can only connect to phone onekey app by bluetooth or to computer onekey app by usb , where keystone or ngrave use qr code to connect. I dont see the point of onekey pro is based on qr code when it is almost useless. I kinda feel you are mostly paying for the design and not the features. Because keystone has 3 chips too, allmost same as onekey. Also they should add wirless charger since the price is so high.
Tangem is hard to beat when it comes to usability. However, some people prefer using a device with a screen and the additional features it offers like air gap mode.
If you want the Pro, use my code “CYBERSCRILLA” to get 5% OFF your order!
Otherwise let me know what you think of this wallet!

Could you help me with a problem I keep facing
Sorry I missed this. What problem are you having?
I have it. It’s perfect in every way except the battery. But it’s not a huge deal if ur not keeping it on 24/7
For sure, I still hope Onekey can improve it via a firmware update.
Also especially since I have high anxiety about storage. The extra 25 phrase word is prime
Definitely a bonus!

Just the seed phrase and a PIN.

Can you add an nft on the home screen how the one key touch did?
Not that I know of.

Probably the Keystone 3 Pro.

How is multisig on this?
I’ve never tried multi sig. that said, you can set multi sig up with any wallet
Does turning off the device makes it even more secure?
No

Yeah the app needs some work, that’s for sure.

The Keystone 3 Pro is much better minus the app since K3P don't have in-house app for Bitcoin only firmware.
