Now, I find that watching them makes me smile and look forward to my future, I just "recently" started filming, and now we are planning a HUGE party for the summer. I get my inspiration from videos like this.
According to fluid dynamics, an object moving at high speed through a fluid causes some of the fluid to move as fast as the object does. As the floating board approached the water, we see the effect of the quickly moving air on the water's surface. Science pokes its head in as it pleases!
lipglossary well, in that one sense, yes, but I think that it's more people who are too scared to actually use the slingshot (like me :P), so they just go down the slip n' slide without it. But i do kind of agree, I do want to see what they do once they get to the ramp... they probably just stop.

This is extreme. Love it! I just downloaded a free Amazon e-book on slip and slides ("Slip and Slide Bible") and it had instructions on a much less dangerous slingshot, but now I'm thinking I need to go much bigger!
Honestly, I was stunned to learn of the location of this filming. Just moved to the area and search for fun things to do in Paradise, Utah ... very small town of 900. Notice the license plate on the truck ! Cant wait to try this out for REAL!

You just need the vision, and the connections. Know a few people, then meet a few more. In time, with time, with friends, anything is possible. ... Though, it helps to have at least one physics major and an expert along for the ride!
This kinda simple to do, anyone could make that!!! The rope swim are somwthing eles that you kinda need people who know what they are doing to make it safe...Love how he film and edits his videos!
Might look fun but very dangerous. If you land on your back from such height and with such speed there's a high chance you can break your spinal cord so I suggest these kinda parties for people that are used to diving from high spots

What happens when they go down the slide without the slingshot? Those are VERY unsatisfying shots... and you have at least five of them.
