    Great tutorial! You are pleasant to listen to, not drawn out or raspy. Your tips make it look doable. Thank you!

    Thank goodness you explained what you were doing at the sewing machine since that food on your machine showed us nothing.

    I like that you don’t make y seams seem mysterious or very hard to do accurately. Marking the points is key, at least for me. My Bernina foot has the quarter inch marks beautifully engraved and I use those marks frequently. But for the y seams it just seems to work better for me when I can focus in on the dots.
    I use my Purple Thang to make the dots. I have several Thangs-not all purple!-and I use it constantly.
    Thank you for the straightforward video. Your voice is calm and clear and I appreciated your tight focus when you were sewing.

      I’m glad you found my video helpful. My Babylock has 1/4” markings too- but I find it much easier to be accurate by marking the exact spot.

    How do I get directions to make the tumbling block out of diamonds

    • @myquiltingbeehive1723
      @myquiltingbeehive1723  5 місяців тому +1

      There is a pattern in my Etsy shop to make a single block. To make a full quilt with just diamonds, you repeat the steps, using y-seams when adding each diamond. Here is a link to the pattern:

    Doesn't the 1 color need to be cut in the opposite direction to the other color? Thanks in advance for a reply.
