hi bro, yes you can charge over night, but its good to use 5W adapter in that case. as long as you have optimised charging ON, you dont have to worry about over charging. it automatically cut off when the charge reaches 100% too. just in case.

That Conclusion is quite logical thanks for adding my comment as well.
It is really difficult to come to a conclusion from those comments since everyone’s usage varies so we can’t solely say the battery isn’t doing well bcoz of low power.
I hope apple introduce the “unplug charging/stop charging” feature in automation when it reaches to certain level. That would be very helpful to maintain the 20-80% charging cycle
For now, I just set a timer to go off after reaching 80%
So i get up and turn it off.
