The bilambit is not rendered in the usual Atrauli-Jaipur style. He has avoided the rhythmic excitement of single-breathed cycles, is much relaxed, and has followed a slowly unfolding movement not commonly used in his gharanadar gayaki. I wonder what will happen to Hindustani Classical Music with almost all Bandishes offered, addressed to Allah by Haddu & Hassu Khan who founded Gwalior Gharana. I have one prominent Bandish in Jaipur Atrauli Gharana, most famously sung by Pt Mallikarjun Mansur in Raga ( most ironically called so and each Vishwa Hindu Parishad Bhakt visiting Shiva temple, Bhairava temple must read the name of this Raga ) Shivmat Bhairav ...in the sense most purely accepted by Lord Shiva as his Bhairava...the Bandish is : "PRRATHAM ALLAH" . प्रथम अल्ला I am putting here the You Tube link of that Raga .... May it be so called secular, left oriented parties like Congress or present called as Bharatiya right winged parties are in power, Hindustani Classical Music is never made as compulsory part of school and college syllabus. If it is made then there will not be any need to divide Hindustanis as Hindus & Muslims because Music binds them strongly together.
