Jetta Mk1 VVL "5x100" Front Hubs Drill and Tap !👌👌👌

Just a follow up video .. Today we drilled the front hubs of the Jetta mk1 ... there are two ways of doing this you can use your normal drill and drill the hubs while its on the car (Take note it takes a bit longer and use some lubrication on the drill bits as you are drilling metal on metal.. Q20 works perfect) or you can take off the complete hub and drill it on a drill press which is super easy and fast ... also if you planning on replacing the wheel bearings id say take off the complete hub ... but this process was made possible with our 5x100 PCD Plate !👌👌👌

Drill Bits used : 5mm , 6mm ,7mm, 8mm ,9.5mm , 10mm and final drill size 10.5mm
Tap used : FEW (French Engineering Works) M12x1.5
M12(Thickness) - 1.5 (Pitch) = 10.5mm (Drill size for Tap)
This method works with any Size you want to Tap and Drill
