Beautiful vlog! I loved visiting Addis Ababa through your eyes. I have spent days there but I I went there specifically for my Ethiopian friend’s wedding, so I didn’t get to do do a lot of touring! Good to know these places for the next time I visit.
Ooo so you got to experience the culture on your visit and I got to experience more of the tourism on my end. I didn't really do anything cultural while there. I didn't even eat Ethiopian food while there but I'm glad I got to explore a bit and share all of it. Thank you for watching, Es!

I was there in March for about 1 week. I have learned from my friend who lives there that the evenings and nights are always cold, regardless of the time of year so do keep that in mind. xx

Yeah, the imported products cost even more than twice what you would get them at big supermarkets in Cameroon. Extremely expensive. I hear it’s bcoz they are trying to promote Ethiopian-made products and discourage importation. I actually need to read up on it

The butter costs 1500 xaf in my home town 😅, even worst than in Addis

It costs 850 Birr (Ethiopian currency), not 850 XAF (CEMAC currency).
850 birr is 9,200 frs/XAF. There’s nowhere else that I’ve seen such a small block of butter so expensive.
