Thank you Doug Bossi for providing this insight into how you produced "Phantom Navigator". I'm one of those fools who believes that God gave us Trane because It wanted to hear Itself play saxophone, so I care deeply about the music I listen to. I've seen Wayne, Weather Report, Miles, Zepplin, James Brown, Sun Ra, U2, Pharaoh, Santana and McLaughlin, the LA Philharmonic with Zubin Mehta conducting and an assortment of other jazz, rock, R&B, funk, rap, and blues musicians. Brother Bossi, Phantom Navigator is one of the most impressive works I have ever heard in any genre, by anyone. It not only honors Wayne Shorter and Weather Report with a salutation that is worthy of them, but it blesses those of us who loved Wayne and can only wish that he was still here and in top form. You brought him back in our ears and hearts with this music, especially if you listen with headphones.as the production qualities are amazing. Please take this Weather Report path you've stated and keep going brother. Thanks again.

Thanks for such kind words! I have personally gained so much knowledge from UA-cam I wanted to start giving back! I am half way through the Amazon doc on Wayne… a must see… where someone said listening to Wayne brought up deep feelings he never knew he had… all these giants of music you mention are our Eras classical music and will stand for eternity in its depth and beauty….
